- His nine interceptions were the most in a season in SDSU's Division I history (since 1969) and the second most in program history (Ed Ricketts, 12 in 1951)
- Tied with teammate Darren Hall and Ron Smith (2017) for the second-most pass breakups in SDSU single-season history (16), six behind Marlon Andrews (22 in 2019)
- Played in 11 games in his first season at San Diego State (2018) and had 20 tackles, four passes defensed and one INT
- Played both wide receiver and cornerback from 2016-17 at Grossmont Community College, where he caught 35 passes for 767 yards and seven TDs in 2017
