• A native of Los Angeles, the farm life was something unfamiliar to Pittman Jr. but in deciding with his family to make Indiana their home for the future, buying a farm became more than just an idea or a hobby, but a new lifestyle.
• Fully embracing Indiana, Pittman Farms includes everything from horses, cows, chickens, goats and dogs to even an alpaca, emu and beehives.
• The farm life has become a grounding experience for Pittman Jr., being a constant for him amidst the grind of the season.
• Despite the extra work added from the upkeep of the animals and property, he credits the early rising and steady chore schedule in helping him perform on the field by creating a humbled, in-touch mindset
• Pittman Jr. had a front-row seat to what it takes to make it to the NFL
• His father, Michael Pittman Sr., played in the NFL for the Cardinals, Buccaneers and Broncos for a combined 11 seasons and accumulated 5,627 rushing yards and 3,512 receiving yards
• He also won Super Bowl XXXVII with the Bucs
• Pittman Jr. leaned on his dad for advice throughout his journey to the NFL
• "It's just awesome to have him because he's pretty much coached me up my whole life about the NFL, dealing with coaches, locker-room life and basically teaching me to be a football player throughout my whole life"
• "He predicted that I was going to be a receiver because when I was in high school I played linebacker, I played safety and I played running back. So not until my junior year of high school is when I really started playing wideout.
