Started all 13 games in his final collegiate season as a redshirt junior, completing 296-of-443 passes (66.8%) for 3,776 yards with 28 touchdowns and four interceptions. Named one of five finalists for the Johnny Unitas Golden Arm Award and a semifinalist for the Davey O’Brien National Quarterback Award and the 79th Maxwell Award in addition to first team All-American Conference. Tied an NCAA record for the most touchdown passes (7) in a half in the first half against SMU (11/28/15). PERSONAL: Lynch played quarterback at Trinity Christian Academy in Deltona, Fla. Passed for more than 3,000 yards combined during his junior and senior seasons despite missing half of his final season with a knee injury. Threw for 237 yards and three touchdowns in the Central Florida All-Star Game in December of 2011, earning the game’s MVP award. Majored in Sports and Leisure Management at the University of Memphis. Earned Tiger 3.0 list recognition for the Fall 2012, Spring 2013 and Spring 2014 semesters. Born on Feb. 12, 1994, in San Antonio.
