2025 TRAINING CAMP ROSTER MOVES
Monday, August 11
Roster moves continue: The Steelers signed tight end Kevin Foelsch and defensive back Mikey Victor.
Foelsch has spent time with the Carolina Panthers, New York Jets, Philadelphia Eagles, and most recently the Kansas City Chiefs, but has yet to see action in an NFL game. He was with the Steelers earlier in training camp.
He played college football at Division II New Haven, where he had 16 touchdown receptions.
Victor was originally signed by the New England Patriots as an undrafted free agent following the 2024 NFL Draft.
Victor began his college career at Ventura College and UNLV, before spending his final two seasons at Alabama State. He finished with 55 tackles, 21 passes defensed and three interceptions in two seasons at Alabama State.
In a corresponding move, the team waived/injured defensive back Cameron McCutcheon and tight end D.J. Thomas-Jones.
Thursday, August 7
The Steelers signed quarterback Logan Woodside and offensive lineman Andrus Peat.
Woodside was originally drafted by the Cincinnati Bengals in the seventh round of the 2018 NFL Draft. He has also spent time with the Tennessee Titans (2020-21) and Atlanta Falcons (2022-23).
Woodside has appeared in 13 NFL games, including 11 for the Titans. He was on the Bengals practice squad in 2024.
Woodside played college football at Toledo where he appeared in 43 games. He completed 759 passes for 10,514 yards and 93 touchdowns.
Peat was originally drafted by the New Orleans Saints in the first round of the 2015 NFL Draft, spending nine seasons with them. He appeared in 111 games, with 102 starts for the Saints, and was named to the Pro Bowl three times (2018-2020).
Peat signed with the Las Vegas Raiders in 2024, appearing in 15 games, starting one.
Peat played college football at Stanford where he appeared in 40 games, with 27 starts. As a junior he was named first team All-American and All-Pac-12.
The team also waived long snapper Tucker Addington and guard Nick Broeker.
Tuesday, August 5
Steelers make moves: The Steelers signed defensive back Daryl Porter Jr.
Porter, the son of former NFL defensive back Daryl Porter Sr., was signed by the Buffalo Bills as an undrafted free agent following the 2025 NFL Draft. He was released during training camp.
Porter began his college career at West Virginia, before transferring to Miami where he was a two-year starter. He recorded 108 tackles during his college career, as well as 18 passes defensed, 10 of them during his time at Miami, and one interception.
The team also waived tight end Kevin Foelsch.
Saturday, August 2
Fehoko back with Steelers: The Steelers signed defensive lineman Breidan Fehoko.
Fehoko originally signed with the Steelers as an unrestricted free agent prior to the 2023 season. He spent the previous three seasons (2020-2022) with the Los Angeles Chargers after signing with them as an undrafted free agent following the 2020 NFL Draft.
Fehoko started the 2023 season on the Steelers practice squad but was promoted to the 53-man roster in season. He was later released from the 53-man roster and signed back to the practice squad. He also spent part of the 2024 season on the team's practice squad.
Fehoko has played in 19 career games, starting four of them.
In a related move, the team placed defensive lineman Dean Lowry on the Reserve/Injured List.
Friday, August 1
Steelers add to d-line: The Steelers signed defensive lineman Kyler Baugh.
Baugh originally signed with the New Orleans Saints following the 2024 NFL Draft. He also spent time with the New York Giants and on the Atlanta Falcons practice squad.
Baugh played two seasons at the University of Minnesota, appearing in 26 games. He recorded 77 tackles, seven tackles for a loss and four sacks. He also added four passes defensed, one forced fumble and one fumble recovery.
He began his college career at Houston Baptist where he appeared in 26 games, starting 18. He finished with 104 career tackles, including 10 tackles for a loss and five sacks.
In a related move, the team waived/injured defensive lineman Jacob Slade.
Thursday, July 31
Back to work: Guard Isaac Seumalo was placed on the team's Active/NFI (Non-Football Injury) List to start the team's training camp.
Seumalo, who is in his 10th NFL season, has appeared in 111 career games, starting 90. He has been with the Steelers for the last two seasons, after spending his first seven seasons with the Philadelphia Eagles.
Tuesday, July 29
Steelers sign three: The Steelers made multiple roster moves on Tuesday, including signing three players.
The team signed defensive tackle Domenique Davis, tight end Kevin Foelsch and running back Lew Nichols.
Davis, who was released earlier this week, spent time on the Steelers practice squad during the 2024 season. Davis originally signed with the New York Jets as an undrafted free agent following the 2020 NFL Draft. He was out of the NFL for two seasons before signing with the Cincinnati Bengals in 2022. He spent time on the Bengals practice squad and active roster during the past two seasons. Davis played college football at North Carolina Charlotte where he appeared in 31 games. He finished with 123 tackles, 51 of them solo stops, 15 tackles for a loss and six sacks.

Nichols was drafted by the Green Bay Packers in the seventh round of the 2023 NFL Draft, spending most of the season on the Reserve/Injured List. He has since spent time on the Philadelphia Eagles practice squad. Nichols played college football at Central Michigan where he rushed for 1,710 yards in 2021, leading the nation. He was the Mid-American Conference Offensive Player of the Year in 2021.
The team also terminated running back/kick returner Cordarrell Patterson, and waived/injured list receiver Montana Lemonious-Craig and linebacker Jeremiah Moon.
Thursday, July 25
Steelers sign Clark: The Steelers signed defensive back Chuck Clark.
Clark, who is in his ninth season in the NFL, spent his first six seasons with the Baltimore Ravens and the last two with the New York Jets.
He has appeared in 108 career games, starting 75 of them, and has recorded 429 tackles, 260 of them solo stops, nine tackles for a loss, and five interceptions, including one returned for a touchdown. He also has 34 passes defensed, six forced fumbles and five fumble recoveries.
Clark, who entered the NFL as a sixth-round pick of the Ravens, appeared in 12 games in 2024, starting all of them. He had 69 tackles, 38 of them solo stops, and two passes defensed.
Clark played college football at Virginia Tech where he finished with 292 tackles, including 195 of them in his final two seasons.
Wednesday, July 23
Seumalo starts camp on list: Guard Isaac Seumalo returned to practice today and was removed from the team's Active/NFI (Non-Football Injury) List. He was played on the list to start the team's training camp.
