Designed to celebrate the largest female fan base in the NFL, this community of strong women is passionate about football, the Steelers and everything Black and Gold!

WOMEN OF STEEL offers year-round programming and events including unique access to the team and coaches, business development opportunities through small business mentorship and collaborative opportunities that support our community.

We are excited to celebrate the WOMEN OF STEEL throughout the calendar year highlighting the powerful stories of women who comprise the Steelers fan base.
