Steelers waive Kelly; promote Allen

The Steelers have waived safety Kameron Kelly and promoted safety Marcus Allen, it was announced this morning.

Allen was originally drafted by the Steelers in the fifth round (148th overall) of the 2018 NFL Draft. He spent that season on the team's active roster and saw action in two games. He was released earlier this year and has spent the entire season on the team's practice squad.
