Steelers hire Fisher as a scout

The Steelers have announced they have hired Kelvin Fisher as a scout to the team's football operations department. Fisher re-joins the Steelers after spending his previous four seasons in the National Football League with the Buffalo Bills (2013-16). He joined the Bills in 2013 as the team's Director of College Scouting before being named Player Personnel Advisor in 2016.

Fisher spent 13 seasons with the Steelers' football operations department as a college scout from 2000-12. A native of Ambridge, Pa., Fisher was inducted into the Beaver County Sports Hall of Fame in 2016.
