The Steelers signed defensive end Jahvaree Ritzie to a Reserve/Future contract.

Ritzie was signed by the New England Patriots as an undrafted free agent following the 2025 NFL Draft.

He spent part of the 2025 season on the Patriots practice squad.

Ritzie played college football at North Carolina, where he appeared in 51 games. He finished his college career with 138 tackles, 58 of them solo stops, 10.5 tackles for a loss, nine sacks, three passes defensed, two forced fumbles and one interception.
