Center Maurkice Pouncey has been activated and placed on the Exempt/Commissioner Permission List. The team requested a two-day roster exemption, and it was granted. The exemption expires on Wednesday, Dec. 4 at 4 p.m. (ET).
Pouncey served a two-game suspension for the incident that occurred at the end of the Steelers-Browns game on Thursday, Nov. 14.
Pouncey missed the Bengals and Browns game while suspended, both games the Steelers won. And despite his absence for two games, Pouncey is leading all AFC centers in Pro Bowl voting.
To make room for Pouncey on the roster, the team released center Patrick Morris. Morris was signed from the practice squad when Pouncey was suspended.
