Perry was on the Denver Broncos practice squad in 2024 and 2025 but didn't see any game action.
He was drafted by the New Orleans Saints in the sixth round of the 2023 NFL Draft, the 195th overall selection. His playing time in the NFL was with the Saints in his rookie season.
Perry played college football at Wake Forest where he appeared in 43 games, with 33 starts. He had 171 receptions for 2,662 yards, a 15.6-yard average, and 28 touchdowns.
