The highs and lows of the Steelers regular season Week 11 game vs. the Tennessee Titans.

8:25 p.m. ET - Kickoff**
8:32 p.m. ET - What went right: The temperature at kickoff was in the 30s, but Ben Roethlisberger came out red-hot. After the opening kickoff was downed for a touchback, the Steelers started at their own 25-yard line and needed just six plays and 2:35 of game time to take a 7-0 lead. Roethlisberger was 4-for-5 for 71 yards on the drive, and Antonio Brown caught three of those for 60 yards, including the 41-yard touchdown.

8:37 p.m. ET - What went right:** Three plays later, the Steelers had the ball back, and they had it back in scoring position. On third-and-long, Marcus Mariota overthrew Rishard Matthews and Mike Hilton intercepted at midfield. His 26-yard return gave the Steelers the ball at the Titans 24-yard line.
8:45 p.m. ET - What went right: Steelers were unable to capitalize on Mike Hilton's interception the way they would have liked, but Chris Boswell's 41-yard field goal did extend their lead to 10-0. An incomplete pass to Jesse James in the end zone on a play where it appeared he was contacted early by safety Kevin Byard was followed by a facemask penalty on Marcus Gilbert. Another in complete pass to James, and it was up to Boswell to extend the lead.
8:58 p.m. ET - What went wrong: On the Titans second possession, they faced a third-and-1 at their own 41-yard line. Vince Williams burst into the backfield to blow up the attempted running play and dump the ball carrier in the backfield for a loss. But the Titans were flagged for delay of game, and the pre-snap penalty made it third-and-6 with another chance to convert. Mariota then completed an 8-yard pass to Rishard Matthews, and the Titans went on to complete an 11-play 68-yard touchdown drive that was capped by a 7-yard run by Marcus Mariota. It was 10-7 with 3:05 left in the first quarter.

9:09 p.m. ET - End of 1st Quarter:** Steelers 10, Titans 7
9:21 p.m. ET - What went right: Sloppy play on a couple of third downs got the Titans into position to attempt the tying field goal from 48 yards out, but T.J. Watt broke through to block the kick to give the offense the ball at the 38-yard line. On the first of those, an offside penalty on Cam Heyward turned a third-and-14 into a third-and-9 and Marcus Mariota followed with an 8-yard completion and a 2-yard sneak on fourth down to keep the drive alive. Then on a third-and-18, Mariota completed a 10-yard pass to DeMarco Murray to get into better field goal range, but Watt saved the day.
9:37 p.m. ET - What went right: Jordan Berry hit a 52-yard punt that was downed by Darrius Heyward-Bey at the Tennessee 4-yard line with 6:59 remaining in the first half, and then a holding penalty on Brynden Trawick had the Titans start the possession at the 2-yard line.

9:42 p.m. ET - What went right:** The Steelers got their second interception of the first half on a play that started as a first-and-10 at the 50-yard line. Marcus Mariota tried to get the ball to wide receiver Corey Davis, but Coty Sensabaugh timed the play nicely, made the interception and returned the ball 32 yards to the Tennessee 20-yard line with 3:11 left in the first half.
9:55 p.m. ET - What went right: The interception by Coty Sensabaugh gave the Steelers offense the ball at the Titans 20-yard line, and the unit moved to a first-and-goal at the 9-yard line. But from there, a sack by Karl Klug and a false start penalty on David DeCastro turned it into a third-and-goal at the 21-yard line. Chris Boswell's 28-yard field goal extended the Steelers lead to 13-7.

10:03 p.m. ET - What went right:** Boswell drilled a 50-yard field goal with 18 seconds left to extend the Steelers lead to 16-7 at halftime. The Titans used their timeouts around the two-minute warning to preserve the clock during the Steelers previous field goal drive, but then when Tennessee's offense went three-and-out after the kickoff, the Steelers had some time to try to extend their lead. The big play for the Steelers was a 19-yard pass to Antonio Brown, who fumbled the ball only to be saved by Martavis Bryant, who came across the field to make the recovery.
10:05 p.m. ET - Halftime: Steelers 16, Titans 7
10:19 p.m. ET - What went wrong: The absence of Joe Haden and Mike Mitchell bit the Steelers in the butt on the first play of the second half when Marcus Mariota hit Rishard Matthews on a deep post pattern that turned into the 75-yard touchdown that cut the Steelers lead to 16-14.

10:31 p.m. ET - What went right:** The Steelers answered Tennessee's quick touchdown with a 10-play, 75-yard touchdown drive of their own that restored the lead to 23-14. Ben Roethlisberger completed 7-of-9 for 54 yards, including a 5-yard touchdown to Antonio Brown. The Steelers converted a third-and-11 at the 17-yard line when JuJu Smith-Schuster made a tough catch in traffic over the middle for a 12-yard gain.
10:55 p.m. ET - End of 3rd Quarter: Steelers 23, Titans 17

10:57 p.m. ET - What went right:** The Steelers second possession of the second half also covered 75 yards and also ended up in the end zone. This one took 12 plays and ate up 5:38 of game time and ended with a 1-yard pass to Jesse James for the touchdown that gave the Steelers a 30-17 lead. On the first two drives of the second half, Ben Roethlisberger completed 14-of-17 for 127 yards and two touchdowns. James' touchdown catch came on the first play of the fourth quarter.
11:08 p.m. ET - What went right: A 16-yard punt return by Antonio Brown set the Steelers up
at their own 49-yard line, and three plays later Brown made a one-handed catch in the end zone over cornerback Logan Ryan for the touchdown that extended the Steelers lead to 37-17. In between those plays, Brown also made a catch along the sideline for 28 yards.
11:23 p.m. ET - What went right: On second down on Tennessee's ensuing possession, Marcus Mariota tried to get the ball down the middle of the field to wide receiver Corey Davis. Artie Burns got a hand on the ball and it deflected to Robert Golden, whose interception was the team's third of the game and returned the ball to the offense at the Steelers 48-yard line.
11:43 p.m. ET - Final Score: Steelers 40, Titans 17
