Steelers To Play In 2015 NFL/Hall of Fame Game

The Steelers will face the Minnesota Vikings to kick off the 2015 preseason in the NFL/Hall of Fame Game, it was announced today.

The game will be played at Tom Benson Hall of Fame Stadium in Canton, Ohio, on Sunday, August 9. Kickoff is set for 8 p.m. and will be televised nationally on NBC's Sunday Night Football and broadcast nationally on radio by Westwood One Sports.

One night prior to the game, the Hall of Fame's Class of 2015 will be formally enshrined. Two members of the 2015 class have ties to the participating clubs, Jerome Bettisfor Pittsburgh and Mick Tingelhoff for Minnesota.

This will mark the sixth time the Steelers have played in the NFL/Hall of Fame Game and the first time since 2007.
