Steelers Sign Seven to Offseason Roster

The Steelers announced today the signing of seven players to offseason contracts. Six of the players were members of the team's 2010 practice squad.

The six players from the Steelers' 2010 practice squad who have re-signed with the team include TE Eugene Bright, S Damon Cromartie-Smith, LB Chris Ellis, WR Tyler Grisham, DE Sunny Harris and OT Kyle Jolly.

The Steelers also signed first-year WR Wes Lyons to a Reserve/Future contract for the 2011 season. Lyons (6-8, 230) originally signed with the New York Jets in 2010 as an undrafted rookie free agent out of West Virginia. He is a Pittsburgh native who attended Woodland Hills High School.
