PITTSBURGH —The Steelers released 10 players today, including three rookies and one seven-year veteran, as they trimmed their roster to 75 players.

Seventh-year running back Kevan Barlow was released after being signed by the team earlier this year. Among the rookies released were wide receiver Eric Fowler, defensive end Derrick Jones and long snapper Jared Retkofsky.
