Steelers make roster moves

The Steelers signed kicker Daniel Hrapmannand tight end Zack Pianaltotoday to Reserve/Future contracts for the 2013 season.

Hrapmann signed with the Steelers as an undrafted rookie free agent out of Southern Mississippi on May 17, 2012. He spent the entire preseason with the team but was released on August 27, 2012. Hrapmann made all six field goal attempts in the preseason, one of those being a game-winning 22-yard field goal on August 19, 2012 at Heinz Field versus the Indianapolis Colts.

Pianalto was released by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on August 31, 2012. He was signed by the Buccaneers on September 5, 2011, and saw action in 13 games during the 2011 season, recording four receptions for 40 yards. Pianalto originally signed with the Buffalo Bills as an undrafted rookie free agent out of North Carolina on July 28, 2011.
