Kickoff time changed for preseason opener

PITTSBURGH ─ The Steelers preseason home opener versus the Detroit Lions on August 12 has been moved to a 7 p.m.* *kickoff, the team announced today.

The game was originally scheduled for 7:30 p.m. but was moved to accommodate the NFL Network. The team's Week 1 preseason home opener will still be televised locally on KDKA-TV (Channel 2).
