Chris Boswell named AFC Special Teams Player of the Week

PITTSBURGH, Pa. – Steelers kickerChris Boswell **was named AFC Special Teams Player of the Week for his Week 6 performance against the Arizona Cardinals, it was announced today.

In Boswell's second career game, he made all four field goal attempts (47, 48, 51 and 28) and his lone extra point attempt in the Steelers' 25-13 victory vs. Arizona at Heinz Field. He became the first Steelers kicker since Shaun Suisham (10/20/13 vs. Baltimore) to make four field goals in a game.

Boswell is a perfect 5-for-5 on field goals and 4-of-4 on extra points in two games this season after signing with the Steelers on October 3, 2015. This marks the first time he was named AFC Special Teams Player of the Week.
