Steelers inactives for game vs. Bengals

The Steelers will be without defensive end Stephon Tuitt today, who is inactive after he missed practice all week hampered by a back injury.

He won't be the only starter missing. Tackle Marcus Gilbert missed practice all week as well with a nagging hamstring injury, and he is inactive.

Gilbert was inactive for the Bears, Ravens and Jaguars game, but returned to play against the Chiefs. He left the game early, though, a result of the hamstring bothering him.

With Gilbert out it will once again be Chris Hubbard who steps in at right tackle. Hubbard has started three games in Gilbert's absence, and has held it down.

"He has been doing an excellent job," said Maurkice Pouncey. "He is playing multiple positions, guard, tackle, tight end. It's not as easy as it looks. He is an accountable player, goes out there and gets his job done and works his butt off. I respect him a lot."

With William Gay active, fellow linebacker Arthur Moats is once again inactive. Moats was also inactive against the Chiefs last week.

The other inactives are quarterback Joshua Dobbs, receiver Justin Hunter, cornerback Brian Allen and tackle Jerald Hawkins.
