The Steelers got a bit of a scare this week when Antonio Brown was sidelined for practice on Friday and Saturday with a toe injury, but there is good news. Brown, who was listed as questionable for tonight's game against the Cincinnati Bengals at Paul Brown Stadium, is active and will play.
That is a huge plus for the Steelers offense. Brown, who magically used those toes to stay in bounds for a crucial catch last week against the Packers, is the NFL's leading receiver with 1,195 yards on 80 receptions.
JuJu Smith-Schuster, who missed the Packers game with a hamstring injury, was a full participant in practice all week and is also active. The Steelers will dress all of their receivers tonight, including Martavis Bryant, Darrius Heyward-Bey, Justin Hunter and Eli Rogers.
Mike Mitchell, who was a spectator in practice all week, still hampered by an ankle injury is inactive. Mitchell, who was inactive for the Titans game two weeks ago but played against the Packers last week, has battled injuries off and on for much of the season.
Vance McDonald, who suffered an ankle injury against the Colts but still returned to the game to score his first touchdown in a Steelers uniform, missed practice all week and is inactive for the third straight week. *
*The Steelers will be without Joe Haden for the third consecutive week as well. Haden, who suffered a fractured fibula against the Colts on Nov. 12, just got off crutches a few days ago and is now riding the stationary bike and walking on the water treadmill. And he is doing it with the hope to return to the field either before the end of the regular season, or in the postseason.
Also inactive for tonight's game are Joshua Dobbs, Matt Feiler, William Gay and Vince Williams.
Here are the players who will be inactive when the Steelers take on the Bengals.
