Steelers 2019 NFL Draft Facts & Figures

• The 2019 NFL Draft will take place April 25-27 in Nashville, Tennessee. Steelers.com will bring you full coverage, from text and video, to live press conferences, and full coverage on SNR. Full coverage information is listed below, which includes how to watch press conferences after each pick.

• The first round kicks off on Thursday, April 25 at 8 p.m. (ET), and continues with the second and third rounds on Friday, April 26 at 7 p.m. (ET). It concludes on Saturday, April 27 with rounds four-seven starting at 12 noon (ET).

• The NFL Draft will be televised nationally by NFL Network, ABC, ESPN and ESPN Deportes, and can be heard nationwide on Westwood One Radio, SiriusXM NFL Radio, TuneIn Radio and ESPN Radio.

Steelers 2019 NFL Draft Selections

First Round – 20th pick overall

Second Round – 52nd pick overall

Third Round – 66th pick overall – from Oakland Raiders (Antonio Brown trade)

Third Round – 83rd pick overall

Fourth Round – 122nd pick overall

Fifth Round – 141st pick overall – from Oakland Raiders (Antonio Brown trade)

Sixth Round – 175th pick overall - from Oakland Raiders (Ryan Switzer trade)

Sixth Round – 192nd pick overall

Sixth Round – 207th pick overall - from Arizona Cardinals (Marcus Gilbert trade)

Seventh Round – 219th pick overall - from Tampa Bay (J.J. Wilcox trade)

• Round 1: 10 minutes per selection. Round 2: Seven minutes per selection. Rounds 3 through 6: Five minutes per selection. Round 7: Four minutes per selection.

• The highest the Steelers have ever selected in the first round is number one overall. That occurred twice, once in 1956 when they selected defensive back Gary Glick, and again in 1970 when the team selected quarterback Terry Bradshaw.

• The most draft choices the Steelers ever had was 30 in each draft from 1943-48. Since the NFL's modern era, the most selections were 22 in both 1971 and 1976.

• The fewest draft choices the Steelers had happened in 2003 when they only had five draft picks.
