Steelers Coach of the Week - Week 6
Dan Knause, Trinity High School
Week 6 Coach of the Week honors go to Coach Dan Knause of the Trinity Hillers. Knause led the Hillers to a 33-22 upset victory over Class 4A top-ranked Thomas Jefferson. Trinity scored 26 unanswered points in the second half to overcome a 15-point halftime deficit. The comeback was sparked by a 21-yard touchdown pass midway through the third quarter and was capped off by an interception in the end zone for a touchdown. This marks Coach Knause's third Coach of the Week honors, and second since taking over the Hillers program in 2022.
