By participating in The Pittsburgh Steelers 2018 Thank You Fans Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes"), you agree to these official rules ("Rules"), inclusive of all terms and conditions. Please read the Rules carefully before participating. You must follow the directions provided within these Rules to be eligible to receive a Prize in connection with the Sweepstakes.
SPONSOR: This Sweepstakes is sponsored by Pittsburgh Steelers LLC, 100 Art Rooney Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15212 ("Sponsor" or "Steelers").
HOW TO ENTER: The Sweepstakes will consist of a series of four (4) drawings, two (2) on each day of the Sweepstakes, that will last approximately 24 hours each ("Platform Sweepstakes"). Each of the four (4) total Platform Sweepstakes will be on a different Steelers social media platform, as set out below. The Sweepstakes will begin on December 26, 2018 at 12:00 am EST and will end on December 27, 2018 at 11:59 pm EST ("Sweepstakes Period"). The Sweepstakes will consist of four Platform Sweepstakes in total, one on each of the following four Steelers social media platforms: 1) Instagram (official English language) (@Steelers); 2) Instagram (official Spanish language) (@Acereros Instagram); 3) Facebook (official English language); and 4) Facebook (official Spanish language). To enter the Sweepstakes: (i) you must go to one or more of the listed social media platforms during the Sweepstakes Period by the end of the Platform Entry Period for such platform; (ii) follow the link on such social media platform to the Sweepstakes entry form and complete the entry and be bound by the terms and conditions of these Rules (the "Entry"). All entrants ("Entrants") agree that all decisions of the Steelers shall be final and binding with respect to all matters related to the Sweepstakes, and Entrants waive any right to challenge any decisions made by the Steelers, and waive any right to claim any ambiguity in the Rules or any Entry.
ALTERNATIVE METHOD OF ENTRY: Send a written Entry with your full name, address, email address and phone number to: 2018 Steelers Thank You Fans Sweepstakes, c/o Pittsburgh Steelers, 358 North Shore Drive, Suite 200, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania 15212. Limit of one (1) Entry per each social media platform. In the case of mailed entries, limit of one (1) Entry per each of the four (4) Platform Sweepstakes. The Entry will be deemed to have been received during the Platform Entry Period that coincides with the postmark, even if physically received by Sponsor after the end of the Platform Entry Period. To be eligible for each Platform Sweepstakes, Entries must be received by the end of the Sweepstakes Period. Entries that are incomplete, garbled, corrupted, or unintelligible for any reason are void and will not be accepted.
Entries for each of the Platform Sweepstakes, regardless of how submitted, must be received by the following dates/times ("Platform Entry Periods"):

Those eligible individuals submitting a completed Platform Sweepstakes Entry and agreeing to the Rules (the "Entrants") will be entered into the Platform Sweepstakes, as described in these Rules. Failure to follow any instructions provided in these Rules may result in disqualification. Multiple mailed entries from the same Entrant for the same Platform Sweepstakes will not be accepted.
All Entrants agree that all decisions of the Steelers shall be final and binding with respect to all matters related to the Sweepstakes, and Entrants waive any right to challenge any decisions made by the Steelers, and waive any right to claim any ambiguity in the Rules or any Entry.
Failure to follow any instructions provided in these Rules may result in disqualification. All materials submitted become the property of Sponsor, and Entries will not be acknowledged or returned.
By entering this Sweepstakes, an Entrant gives express permission to be contacted by Sponsor.
ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to a) legal residents of the fifty (50) United States of America and the District of Columbia, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older (except in the case of legal residents of certain states where the legal age of majority is greater than eighteen (18) years of age, who then must meet the state's legal age of majority) ; and b) legal residents of Mexico, at the time of entry. Notwithstanding the prior sentence, this Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law, rule or regulation. Officers, directors, and employees of Sponsor Entities (defined below), members of these persons' immediate families (spouses and/or parents, children, and siblings, and their spouses, regardless of where they reside), and/or persons living in the same households as these persons (whether or not related thereto) are not eligible to enter or win the Sweepstakes. "Sponsor Entities" shall mean Sponsor and its parent, subsidiary, and affiliate companies, and administrative, advertising, and promotion agencies, and any other entity involved in the development, administration, promotion, or implementation of the Sweepstakes.
SELECTION OF DAILY SWEEPSTAKES WINNERS: Within one (1) day following the end of the Platform Sweepstakes Period, a potential winner ("Winner") for the applicable Platform Sweepstakes will be chosen at random from the total of Entries submitted online and the Entries received by mail during each of the Platform Sweepstakes. Winning is subject to verification of eligibility. The decisions of Sponsor are final and binding with respect to all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Purchase or acceptance of a product offer does not improve your chances of winning.
PRIZES: The following prizes ("Prizes") will be awarded to each of the Platform Sweepstakes Winners, along with the approximate retail value ("ARV") of the Prizes:
Platform Sweepstakes #1 (English language Facebook): Ben Roethlisberger signed mini helmet (ARV $350); and
Platform Sweepstakes #2 (Spanish language Facebook): Terrell Edmunds signed authentic football (ARV $150)
Platform Sweepstakes #3 (English language Instagram): Antonio Brown signed authentic football (ARV $300);
Platform Sweepstakes #4 (Spanish language Instagram): David DeCastro signed authentic football (ARV $175);
Total ARV of Prizes for the Sweepstakes: $975.00
Exact details of the Prizes are be determined in the sole discretion of Sponsor. The Prizes are non-transferable and non-assignable, with no cash redemption except at Sponsor's sole and absolute discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any Prize (or any portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value at its sole and absolute discretion. Winner is fully responsible for any and all applicable Federal, state and local taxes (including income and withholding taxes). All costs and expenses associated with Prize acceptance and use not specified by these Rules as being provided are the sole responsibility of the Winner.
NOTIFICATION: Sponsor will notify each potential Winner at the telephone number provided as part of the Entry. Sponsor will make three attempts to contact a potential Winner via telephone within 24 hours from the time of the drawing in which the potential Winner was selected. If Sponsor is unable to reach a potential Winner by telephone within such 24 hour period, then that potential Winner will be disqualified and an alternate potential Winner's entry will be selected at random from the other eligible Entries. At the time of Sponsor's contact with the potential Winner, the potential Winner will be asked to provide his/her proof of age, and a government-issued photo ID. The notified eligible Winner shall be the only party eligible to have his or her Entry posted.
If the potential Winner fails to abide by the Rules, or is ineligible, Sponsor may select an alternate Winner from all remaining eligible Entries. Sponsor is not responsible for and shall not be liable for unsuccessful efforts to notify a potential Winner.
ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS OF ENTRY: By submitting an Entry (if the alternative method of entry is chosen), you irrevocably grant to Sponsor and its affiliate, legal representatives, assigns, agents and licensees, the unconditional, perpetual, non-exclusive right and permission to reproduce, encode, store, copy, transmit, publish, post, broadcast, display, publicly perform, adapt, exhibit and/or otherwise use or reuse (without limitation as to when or to the number of times used), each element of your Entry.
PUBLICITY RELEASE: By participating in the Sweepstakes and submitting an Entry or accepting a Prize, an Entrant/Winner grants to Sponsor, and each of its respective designees, the right to use or publicize such Entrant's name, address (city and state of residence), voice, statements, photograph and/or other likeness, for advertising, promotional, trade and/or any other purpose in any media or format now known or hereafter devised, throughout the world, in perpetuity, without limitation, and without further compensation, consideration, permission or notification, unless prohibited by law.
RELEASE/WAIVER OF LIABILITY: By participating in the Sweepstakes and submitting an Entry or accepting a Prize, each Entrant/Winner expressly agrees to forever waive, release, discharge, and covenant not to sue the Steelers and/or the Sponsor Entities and each of their respective parents, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensees, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers, representatives and advertising and promotion agencies, and any and all other companies associated with the Sweepstakes, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives (collectively, "Released Parties") of, for, and from any and all claims, debts, liabilities, demands, obligations, costs, fees, expenses, actions and causes of actions whatsoever, of every nature, character and description (collectively "Claims"), known or unknown, including, but not limited to, all those arising out of or in any way related to the Sweepstakes; these Rules; Entrant's Entry; the negligence of Sponsor any of the Released Parties; and any participation in the Sweepstakes.
PRIVACY POLICY: Information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes will be used in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy (http://www.steelers.com/terms-privacy) and these Rules. In the event of any discrepancy between Sponsor's Privacy Policy and these Rules, Sponsor's Privacy Policy shall control and govern.
GENERAL CONDITIONS: Released Parties are not responsible for late, incomplete, illegible, inaccurate, undelivered, or garbled entries, interrupted or unavailable network or other connections; misdirected, blocked, or delayed notifications; printing, typographical or other errors appearing within these Rules, in any Sweepstakes-related advertisements or other materials; or any other errors, problems or difficulties of any kind relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, or the announcement of the Prize or in any Sweepstakes-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to participants or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes. Released Parties (i) make no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind concerning any Prize (or any portion thereof), and (ii) disclaim any implied warranty. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Rules shall not constitute a waiver of any such term. All disputes will be resolved under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflicts of laws principles, and the laws of the United States. All disputes arising out of or with respect to this Sweepstakes or these Rules shall be heard exclusively in the courts, state and Federal, located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY INDIVIDUAL, WHETHER OR NOT AN ENTRANT, TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR UNDERMINE THE CONTENT OR LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR WILL DISQUALIFY ANY SUCH ENTRANT, AND SPONSOR AND/OR ITS AGENTS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS' FEES) AND OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY PERSON OR PERSONS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend the Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof) at any time. In the event of cancellation, Sponsor may elect to identify the Winner by way of random drawing from among all non-suspect, eligible Entries received up to the time of such cancellation. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify these Rules for clarification purposes without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor further reserves the right to remove an Entrant's Winning Entry, at any time, if the Entrant or Winner acts in a manner that is, in Sponsor's sole discretion, offensive, harassing, threatening, repugnant, or violent at any time in connection with the Sweepstakes.
WINNERS LIST: For a list of the Winners (available after December 31, 2018), mail a request and self-addressed stamped envelope to: Winners List 2018 Steelers Thank You Fans Sweepstakes, c/o Pittsburgh Steelers, 358 North Shore Drive, Suite 200, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania 15212. The Winners list will be available until March 1, 2019.
FACEBOOK AND INSTAGRAM ARE NOT SPONSORS: Facebook, Inc. and Instagram, Inc. are not sponsoring, endorsing or administering this Sweepstakes in any way, and this Sweepstakes is not associated with Facebook or Instagram. The materials and information you provide to Sponsor will only be used for Sponsor's promotional purposes.
