Steelers Coach of the Week - Week 3
John Gaillot, Freeport High School
Week 3 Coach of the Week goes to Coach John Gaillot from the Freeport Yellowjackets. Gaillot led the Yellowjackets to a dominating victory over Deer Lakes, scoring in all three phases of the game. Freeport is off to a 4-0 start for the first time since 2015 and will look to secure its first 5-0 start since 1990. This marks Coach Gaillot's third Coach of the Week honors, and first since 2016.
