6 guys who are pumped to be back home


It's back to Heinz Field for the Steelers on Sunday afternoon when they host the San Francisco 49ers at 1 p.m. Players are excited to be back in front of the Terrible Towel waving crowd and can't wait for the energy that Steelers Nation will bring.

Quarterback Ben Roethlisberger:"Every time you come out of the tunnel at Heinz Field it is awesome. It might be a little more special because it's the first one of the year, but I love seeing the Terrible Towels and the stadium shake. It's pretty cool."


Fullback Will Johnson:**
"I get pumped for every home game. I love it. I really think it's an advantage to have our fans. The atmosphere is great. I get pumped for every home game."

Linebacker Jarvis Jones:
"I love being in Heinz Field. We have the best fans in the world. It's going to be very exciting our first game in front of the home crowd. I just hope they bring as much energy as we do."

Defensive end Cam Heyward:"The first home game does get me pumped. At the same time we have to win on the road. I am just excited for us to win a game."

Receiver Darrius Heyward-Bey:
"I think our fans are amazing. It makes it very exciting to play our home opener this weekend and I hope they come out ready to go."

Tackle Kelvin Beachum:
"It's great to be back home. It's great to be in front of our fans, having our crowd behind us, I can't wait to be back at Heinz Field."
