Who is your football mentor or inspiration?
Growing up I was a big fan, and a lot of people forgot about him, Bob Sanders. He played for the Colts, No. 21. I loved the way he played when I was growing up so he is the guy I looked up to.

What motivates you?
To be honest, my size. If you look at me, people are going to attack me and not expect me to play the way I do. I take that and play with a chip on my shoulder.

What has been the biggest challenge you've had to overcome?
A lot of people tell me you can't do it because of your size. That is all I heard. I knew with my ability, I could play with anybody. I just don't look the part. I catch people off guard.

How did you overcome it?
Just playing with confidence. I knew I had it in me. I have taken those steps, high school, college and now the pros. Just being confident in my ability.

What scares you?
I am not a big fan of snakes. My secret fear is I really hate flying, even though I have to do it so much.

When did you start to dream about playing in the NFL?
I would say in middle school, around seventh grade. I would be watching games with my dad and my brother. I always wanted to be an NFL player.

Why do you play football?
For the love of the game. It's something I have been doing since I was young. It's something I just love to go out there and do. It's stress free, doing what you have been doing for so long and having fun with it. You just react and use your instincts.

What is your proudest football moment or memory?
Getting where I am now. I have been doubted for years. Being able to come to a team like this and have an impact, it's a blessing.

When you hear Steelers football, what do you think?
Best organization in the NFL. Championships. Physicality on defense. Great offensive players. Everything.
