ENTRIES ARE FREE OF CHARGE. ONE ENTRY ALLOWED PER PERSON. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER. PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. ODDS OF WINNING DEPEND UPON THE NUMBER OF ELIGIBLE ENTRIES RECEIVED BY SPONSOR. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR OTHERWISE RESTRICTED BY LAW.

By participating in the 2019 Pittsburgh Steelers Bud Light® #SteelCityCelly Field Level Experience Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes"), you ("you" or "Entrant") agree to these official rules ("Rules"), inclusive of all terms and conditions. Please read the Rules carefully before participating. You must follow the directions provided within these Rules to be eligible to receive the Prizes in connection with the Sweepstakes.

SPONSOR: The Sweepstakes is sponsored and administered by Pittsburgh Steelers LLC ("Sponsor"), 100 Art Rooney Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15212. 

HOW TO ENTER: The Sweepstakes will begin on October 9, 2019 at 12:00 AM Eastern Daylight Savings Time ("EDST") and end on December 9, 2019 at 11:59 PM Eastern Standard Time ("EST") (the "Term").There will be five (5) individual entry periods (each an "Entry Period") during the Term corresponding to a Steelers home game ("Game") during the 2019 NFL regular season identified in the chart below.

ONLINE ENTRY: To enter the Sweepstakes, you must go to http://www.steelers.com/budlight, complete the online entry form that includes providing your contact information and agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions of these Rules (the "Online Entry"), and those individuals submitting a completed Entry (the "Entrants") will be entered into a random drawing as described in these Rules. 

ALTERNATIVE METHOD OF ENTRY: An eligible Entrant may hand-write his/her complete name (no initials), valid e-mail address, street address (P.O. boxes not accepted), city, state, ZIP code and date of birth (MM/DD/YYYY) on an index card or piece of paper ("Mail-In Entry", and collectively with the Online Entry, an "Entry") and send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Pittsburgh Steelers Bud Light® #SteelCityCelly Field Level Experience Sweepstakes, 100 Art Rooney Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15212, Attn: Marketing Department. All Mail-In Entries must be postmarked no sooner than October 9, 2019 and no later than December 9, 2019, and must be received on or before December 10, 2019 in order to be eligible.

All Mail-In Entries must be legibly hand-written. Mechanical reproductions, postage-due, or Mail-In Entries sent in excess of the entry limits set forth herein will not be accepted. Mail-In Entries received without a verifiable and legible return address will be deemed incomplete and not valid Entries.

Entries must be received by the end of each Entry Period. Entries will not be automatically carried over into the subsequent Entry Period. Limit of ONE (1) AND ONLY ONE (1) ENTRY, PER PERSON, PER DAY. A "day" is defined as a twenty-four (24) hour time period beginning at 12:00:00 a.m. EST and ending on the same day at 11:59:59 p.m. EST.  Multiple Entries received from any person beyond this limit will void all such additional entries.  Entries that are incomplete, garbled, corrupted, or unintelligible for any reason, including, but not limited to, computer or network malfunction or congestion, are void and will not be accepted.

Failure to follow any instructions provided in these Rules may result in disqualification.The time of receipt of any valid Entry shall be the time such valid Entry becomes available to Sponsor. Sponsor's computer shall be the official clock of the Sweepstakes. All Entrants agree that all decisions of Sponsor shall be final and binding with respect to all matters related to the Sweepstakes, and Entrants waive any right to challenge any decisions made by Sponsor and waive any right to claim any ambiguity in the Rules or any Entry.

By entering the Sweepstakes, an Entrant gives express permission to be contacted by Sponsor.

Entrants must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of Entry. Persons who reside within other zip codes in Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Ohio or Maryland are not eligible to enter the Sweepstakes. Notwithstanding the prior sentence, the Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law, rule or regulation. The Sweepstakes is not open to employees, directors and officers, including their immediate families (spouses and siblings, parents and children and their spouses) of Sponsor, Anheuser-Busch, LLC, or of Sponsor's or Anheuser-Busch LLC's respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising or promotional agencies, or legal advisors as well as any other marketing/communications agency, media companies, PSSI Stadium LLC and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries and affiliates and companies involved in the implementation and execution of this Sweepstakes. All winners are subject to Sponsor's verification of eligibility hereunder.

WINNERS: There will be a total of five (5) winners ("Winner(s)") selected at random from the pool of eligible Entrants who have completed the required steps as of the end of the Promotion Period. Only one (1) Winner will be selected per Entry Period; however, each Winner will be permitted to bring up to three (3) guests. All guests of the Winners must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age or older as of the Game date. Each Entry Period will end approximately a week prior to the corresponding Game in which the prize ("Prize") will be awarded in Sponsor's sole discretion. Winning is subject to verification of eligibility.

PRIZES: Each Winner shall receive a "Pittsburgh Steelers Field Level Experience" package consisting of (i) four (4) pre-game field passes; and (ii) four (4) field suite Game tickets for the specific Game date (as outlined above).  Approximate retail value ("ARV") of each Prize package is $3,852.00.

The total ARV of all Prizes is $19,260.00.

The Prizes are non-transferable and non-assignable, with no cash redemption except at Sponsor's sole and absolute discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any Prize (or any portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value at its sole and absolute discretion. Sponsor is not responsible if the Steelers Game is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason, in which event that portion of the Prize is forfeited in its entirety and no substitution will be provided except as in Sponsor's sole discretion. Actual value of the Prize may vary based on the Game opponent. Winner will not receive difference between actual value and ARV. Odds of winning a Prize depends on the number of eligible Entries received during the Promotion Period. Winner is fully responsible for any and all applicable Federal, state and local taxes (including income and withholding taxes). All costs and expenses associated with Prize acceptance and use not specified by these Rules as being provided, are the sole responsibility of the Winners.

NOTIFICATION: Sponsor will notify the potential Winners at the telephone number and/or email address provided in the Entry. Sponsor will make three (3) attempts to contact a potential Winner via telephone and email within 48 hours from the time of the drawing in which the potential Winner was selected. If Sponsor is unable to reach a potential Winner by telephone or email within such 48 hour period, then that potential Winner will be disqualified and an alternate potential Prize Winner's entry will be drawn from all remaining eligible Entries in Sponsor's sole discretion. Potential Winners and each of their guests will be required to complete, sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability and, unless prohibited by law, publicity release within three (3) days of Winner's Prize acceptance. The notified eligible Winner shall be the only party eligible to claim the Prize. 

If the Prize Winner declines the Prize, fails to claim the Prize, is unavailable for Prize fulfillment, fails to abide by the Rules, or is ineligible, Sponsor may select an alternate Winner from all remaining eligible Entries. Sponsor is not responsible for and shall not be liable for unsuccessful efforts to notify a potential Winner.

PUBLICITY RELEASE: By submission of its Entry, an Entrant grants to Sponsor and each of its respective designees, the right to use or publicize such Entrant's name, address (city and state of residence), voice, statements, photograph and/or other likeness (and as to the Entrant who wins, the right to use of the Prize information), for advertising, promotional, trade and/or any other purpose in any media or format now known or hereafter devised, throughout the world, in perpetuity, without limitation, and without further compensation, consideration, permission or notification, unless prohibited by law.

RELEASE/WAIVER OF LIABILITY: By participating in the Sweepstakes and submitting an Entry or accepting a Prize, each Entrant expressly agrees to (i) be bound by these Rules, including all Entry requirements, and (ii) waive, release and discharge any and all claims against Sponsor, Anheuser-Busch, LLC, PSSI Stadium LLC, the NFL and each of its other member clubs and affiliates and each of their respective parents, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, officers, directors, members, managers, employees, agents, licensees, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers, representatives and advertising and promotion agencies, and any and all other companies associated with the Sweepstakes, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives (collectively, "Released Parties") for any injury, damage or loss that may occur, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, arising out of or in any way related to the Sweepstakes; these Rules; Entrant's Entry; negligence of any of the Released Parties; any travel or activity related to the receipt or use of the Prize; or the acceptance, participation, use or misuse of the Prize (or any portion thereof).

PRIVACY POLICY:Information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy (https://www.steelers.com/legal/privacy-policy/) and these Rules. In the event of any discrepancy between Sponsor's Privacy Policy and these Rules, Sponsor's Privacy Policy shall control and govern.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: Released Parties are not responsible for late, incomplete, illegible, inaccurate, undelivered, or garbled entries, interrupted or unavailable network or other connections; misdirected, blocked, or delayed notifications; printing, typographical or other errors appearing within these Rules, in any Sweepstakes-related advertisements or other materials; or any other errors, problems or difficulties of any kind relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of Entries, or the announcement of the Prizes or in any Sweepstakes-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to participants or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes. Released Parties (i) make no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind concerning any Prize (or any portion thereof), and (ii) disclaim any implied warranty. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Rules shall not constitute a waiver of any such term. All disputes will be resolved under the internal substantive laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflicts of laws principles, and the laws of the United States. All disputes arising out of or with respect to this Sweepstakes or these Rules shall be heard exclusively in the courts, state and Federal, located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY INDIVIDUAL, WHETHER OR NOT AN ENTRANT, TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE ASSOCIATED WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO PROSECUTE AND SEEK DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS' FEES) OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY SUCH ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend the Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof) at any time. In the event of cancellation, Sponsor may elect to identify the Winners and award the Prizes by way of a drawing from among all non-suspect, eligible Entries received up to the time of such cancellation. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify these Rules for clarification purposes without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor further reserves the right to revoke the Prizes or remove an Entrant or Prize Winner, at any time, if the Entrant or Prize Winner acts in a manner that is, in Sponsor's sole discretion, offensive, harassing, threatening, repugnant, or violent at any time in connection with the Sweepstakes or Prize.
