Bid on unique Steelers items

Rock Steelers Style, the team's annual fashion show, will go virtual this year with the theme 'Far & Wide,' as fans everywhere will be able to watch it online with their own homefield advantage.

Rock Steelers Style: Far & Wide, which is presented by Neighborhood Ford Store, PNC Bank and UPMC, will take place on Friday, Oct. 23 at 8 p.m. and will be streamed on Steelers.com, the Steelers mobile app, and on their Facebook, Twitter and YouTube channels, as well as being available on demand afterwards.

Current and former players and their families will show off the latest fashions, including those from Kiya Tomlin and the Steelers Pro Shop, as well as show their talents with lip sync performances and dance moves. Art and Greta Rooney and Mike and Kiya Tomlin will serve as the honorary chairs for the show.

And fans can do their part to help. Beginning now you can bid as a part of an online auction for the beneficiaries, the UPMC Sports Medicine Concussion Program and the Cancer Caring Center.

And what you can bid on – you can't find anywhere else. From game used apparel, to team issued items that date back to the 70s, to unique experiences you can't find anywhere else.

And if you are looking for something signed by one of your favorite current or former players, now is the time. From jerseys signed by Hall of Famers like Troy Polamalu, Mel Blount and Rod Woodson or helmets signed by Joe Greene or Terry Bradshaw, to items signed by today's favorites including JuJu Smith-Schuster and T.J. Watt, it's all there.

In addition to the auction, Steelers fans who aren't able to attend a game at Heinz Field this season can purchase a fan cutout so they can still be there in spirit. The cutouts will be placed in the seats at Heinz Field for the Nov. 15 game against the Cincinnati Bengals. The cost for the cutouts is $100 each, and all proceeds also benefit the UPMC Sports Medicine Concussion Program and Cancer Caring Center.
