The Bills officially joined the head coaching search this morning, so the guys give their thoughts on that job compared to the Steelers job.

Matt and Wes break down all the action from a great weekend of games during the Divisional Round of the NFL Playoffs. The guys wrap up the show discussing tonight's College Football Playoff National Championship between Indiana and Miami.
