- Helped lead the Mountaineers to back-to-back Mountain Valley Conference champions with a 10-2 record in his final season
- Accepted a bid to play in the Chesapeake Bowl, which is a senior only high school all-star game presented by the Mid Atlantic Football Foundation and the Maryland Sports Commission
- As a junior, he picked up 25 tackles and six sacks as a part of a defensive unit that held opponents to an average of 13.4 points/game

- While in Los Angeles, Joseph-Day was a co-host of a podcast with boxing legend Mike Tyson
- On the podcast, Hotboxin' with Mike Tyson, Joseph-Day and Tyson interviewed NeYo, Hasbulla, The Undertaker, Terrell Owens, T-Pain and Tony Hawk, among others
- Joseph-Day, who's nickname is 'Bash,' has hosted a digital series called 'Dine N Bash'
- The show combined his passion for food and culture, highlighting local Los Angeles restaurants and sharing their origin stories, top dishes and what makes them unique
- Began the show during the COVID-19 pandemic as a way to showcase local businesses
- In 2021, Joseph-Day launched Bashing Hunger, a charitable initiative that focuses on combating food insecurity by increasing food rescue, raising money and awareness as well as providing nutritional eduction
- Has hosted multiple events since launching the initiative including providing and serving a Thanksgiving meal at Nashville Rescue during the 2024 season
