Joseph-Day, who's nickname is 'Bash,' has hosted a digital series called 'Dine N Bash'
The show combined his passion for food and culture, highlighting local Los Angeles restaurants and sharing their origin stories, top dishes and what makes them unique
Began the show during the COVID-19 pandemic as a way to showcase local businesses
In 2021, Joseph-Day launched Bashing Hunger, a charitable initiative that focuses on combating food insecurity by increasing food rescue, raising money and awareness as well as providing nutritional eduction
