Biography
Dowell was originally selected in the seventh round (228th overall) of the 2023 NFL Draft by the Tennessee Titans. He made 10 appearances (one start) for the Titans in 2023, recording one catch for 3 yards and posting two tackles (one solo) on special teams. Dowell spent time on Baltimore's practice squad in 2025 and signed a reserve/future contract with San Francisco following the season.
