Steelers to host Football Camp Mexico

PITTSBURGH– Former and current Steelers players will travel to Mexico City and host a Football Camp at Universidad del Valle de Mexico, Campus Lomas Verdes, from May 21-22, presented by Pepsi.

Steelers alumni – Antwaan Randle-Eland Willie Parker– will be joined by current members of the team – Bud Dupree, Stephon Tuitt and Alejandro Villanueva over the two-day span. Pro Football Hall of Fame 2015 inductee Jerome Bettiswill assist in leading the camp on Saturday.

"Mexico has been and continues to be a special place for the Steelers organization," said Omar Khan, Director of Football and Business Administration. "We receive tremendous support and encouragement from Mr. Rooney to continually evolve this unique experience on an annual basis and this years will be no different with a renewed format. The players are enthusiastic about making the 2016 camp a special one, and we look forward to what will be an unforgettable weekend while showing our appreciation to the best fans in Mexico City."

Steelers alumni and current players will lead approximately 300 adults (Saturday, May 21) and 300 youth (Sunday, May 22) through an instructional camp, including individual drills over the two-day span.

Tickets for Steelers Football Camp Mexico are available beginning today, April 19.
