Anthony Weaver, Miami Dolphins defensive coordinator

Anthony Weaver just completed his second season as the defensive coordinator for the Miami Dolphins after being hired in 2024.

Weaver has 21 years of experience in the NFL, including 14 as a coach and seven as a player.

He has produced six Pro Bowl players during his tenure with multiple NFL teams, including the Texans J.J. Watt in 2018 and Ravens Nnamdi Madubuike in 2023, when he was also selected second-team Associated Press All-Pro.

Weaver spent three seasons with the Baltimore Ravens (2021-23), the last two years as assistant head coach/defensive line.

He also spent time with the Houston Texans, Cleveland Browns, Buffalo Bills and New York Jets.

Weaver was drafted by the Ravens in the second round of the 2002 NFL Draft, the 52nd overall pick, and spent seven seasons playing, four with the Ravens (2002-05) and three with the Texans (2006-08).

Mike McCarthy, former head coach Dallas Cowboys/Green Bay Packers

Mike McCarthy has spent 18 seasons as a head coach in the NFL, 13 with the Green Bay Packers (2006-18) and five with the Dallas Cowboys (2020-24).

McCarthy, who is a Pittsburgh native, has a 174-112-2 overall coaching record and led the Packers to a Super Bowl XLV championship. He has the second-most career wins (125) in Packers' history.

During his time with the Cowboys, he had three 12-win seasons and led them to the playoffs three times in five seasons.

McCarthy also spent time with the New Orleans Saints and San Francisco 49ers as the offensive coordinator for both franchises.

Brian Flores, Minnesota Vikings defensive coordinator

Brian Flores just completed his third season as the Minnesota Vikings defensive coordinator. In 2025, the Vikings defense was ranked No. 1 in the NFC and third overall in the NFL. They were ranked first against the pass in the NFC and second in the NFL. The defense was also ranked third in the NFL in yards allowed per game and per play and second in net passing yards per game.

Flores spent the 2022 season in Pittsburgh as a senior defensive assistant/linebackers coach for the Steelers.

Flores was previously the head coach of the Miami Dolphins from 2019-21, posting back-to-back winning seasons in 2020-21.

Flores got his start with the New England Patriots in 2011, spending eight years there and a part of four Super Bowl championships.
