RB Le'Veon Bell vs. LB Lavonte David**
Second-year running back Le'Veon Bell leads the league with 461 yards of total offense and ranks second with 315 rushing yards. Last week against the Panthers, Bell tallied a career-high 147 yards on the ground. David has established himself as one of the best outside linebackers against the run. The third year-pro has ranked in the top-10 in the league in total tackles in each of his two NFL seasons with 145 in 2013 (tied for fifth) and 139 in 2012 (tied for eighth). The athletic linebacker led the Buccaneers in interceptions last year with five. David and the Buccaneers defense will have their hands full with stopping the league's top rushing attack.
WR Antonio Brown vs. WR Vincent Jackson
Today's matchup features two of the best receiving threats in the league. Antonio Brown ranks in the top-five in the NFL in receptions (22) and receiving yards (296). He is a year removed from setting the franchise record with 1,499 receiving yards. The 6-foot-5 Jackson has been just as productive, as the 10-year pro has recorded at least 1,000 yards receiving in five of the last six years. Last season Jackson finished with 78 receptions for 1,224 yards and seven touchdowns to record his third consecutive 1,000-yard season. Both players will be big parts of their offenses today.
S Troy Polamalu vs. S Mark Barron
The battle at safety pits one of the most productive players in the league against one of the emerging stars at the position. The rangy Polamalu has been one of the most respected players at the safety position over much of his 12-year career. His instincts and physicality are stables of his play and the eight-time Pro Bowler currently ranks third on the team with 17 tackles. Barron has cemented himself as one of the most consistent players on Tampa Bay's defense. He recorded 88 takedowns in each of his first two seasons to rank in the top five on the team in tackles in 2013 (third) and 2012 (fourth).
