Football Mentor/Inspiration: My rookie year Kevin Burnett, he was a linebacker with me in San Diego. He took me under his wing, showed me the ropes and really was a great veteran leader for me.

Proudest Football Moment/Memory: My rookie year I got activated off of practice squad and I was running down on a kickoff against Oakland and I forced a fumble.

Initial NFL Attraction: Just being able to be a part of something that is great, something everyone in the world aspires to be. Knowing that just a few select people are able to do what I am blessed to do right now.

Football Mindset: Stay humble. Whatever comes with it be blessed and grateful I have been able to achieve it.

Impression of Pittsburgh: I love coming out of the Fort Pitt Tunnels. That view is priceless. I saw a movie the other day filmed here in Pittsburgh and I thought I know that area. It felt really good to see that. The beautiful views and scenery are really nice.

Perception of Steelers: Defense. Defense for many, many years that is one of the things you always hear. Pittsburgh's defense.

Goals/Aspirations for 2014: Remain healthy and contribute any way I can. Stay healthy and be available to my coaches and teammates.

Career Goals: I am officially vested now so that was a huge milestone for me, one of my personal accomplishments. But I just want to be able to establish myself and put myself in a position where I can have a smooth career.
