Bell's winning performance

Running back Le'Veon Bell won the FedEx Ground Player of the Week for his performance in the Steelers win over the Baltimore Ravens on Sunday.

Bell carried the ball 35 times for 144 yards and two touchdowns. It was Bell's first 100-yard game of the season, and his 15th of his career.

"We did a good job sticking to the run," said Bell. "The offensive line kept digging at it. They blocked really well, and our wide receivers blocked really well. The holes got bigger as the game went on."

Bell also added four receptions for 42 yards.

"Honestly, he's the best in the league, and his numbers weren't showing it, so, obviously, there's been a lot of pressure on him to go out there and produce at a high level," said Maurkice Pouncey. "We're real happy that he did it. We've got to do a better job of blocking on the inside and the perimeter for him to get big plays like that. We're going to keep working at it, and the good thing is that it's still early in the season, and we've got a long way to go."

A $2,000 donation will be made in Bell's name to the USO.
