By participating in the 2019 Pittsburgh Steelers Playoff Experience Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes"), you agree to these official rules ("Rules"), inclusive of all terms and conditions. Please read the Rules carefully before participating. You must follow the directions provided within these Rules to be eligible to receive the Prizes in connection with the Sweepstakes.
SPONSOR: The Sweepstakes is sponsored and administered by Pittsburgh Steelers LLC, 100 Art Rooney Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15212 ("Sponsor" or "Steelers").
HOW TO ENTER: To enter the Sweepstakes, you must go to the Steelers mobile app and complete the entry form, including providing your contact information and agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions of these Rules (an "Entry"). Those individuals submitting a completed Entry (the "Entrants") will be entered into a random drawing as described in these Rules. All Entrants agree that all decisions of the Sponsor shall be final and binding with respect to all matters related to the Sweepstakes and these Rules, and Entrants waive any right to challenge any decisions made by the Sponsor and waive any right to claim any ambiguity in the Rules or any Entry.
The Sweepstakes will have three entry periods depending upon the number of weeks the Steelers participate in the 2019 NFL playoffs (each an "Entry Period" and collectively the "Entry Periods"). The first Entry Period will begin on December 29, 2019 and end on January 1, 2020 at 12:00 P.M. EST. Should the Steelers advance to the AFC Divisional Round, the second Entry Period will begin on January 4, 2020 or January 5, 2020 and end on January 7, 2020 at 12:00 P.M. EST. Should the Steelers advance to the AFC Championship Round, the third and final Entry Period will begin on January 11, 2020 or January 12, 2020 and end on January 14, 2019 at 12:00 P.M. EST.
ALTERNATIVE METHOD OF ENTRY: Any individual who wants to participate in the Sweepstakes, but does not want to complete the above-referenced online entry form can obtain an alternative method of entry by contacting Matt Walker by phone at (412) 697-7100 x6002 or by email at WalkerM@steelers.nfl.com, and providing your full name, address, email address and phone number.
Entries must be received by the end of each Entry Period. Limit of ONE (1), AND ONLY ONE (1), Entry per person. Sponsor, in its sole and absolute discretion, may carry over Entries from one Entry Period into a subsequent Entry Period. Multiple entries received from any person beyond this limit will void all such additional entries. Entries that are incomplete, garbled, corrupted, or unintelligible for any reason, including, but not limited to, computer or network malfunction or congestion, are void and will not be accepted.
Failure to follow any instructions provided in these Rules may result in disqualification. All materials submitted become the property of Sponsor, and Entries will not be acknowledged or returned. You are responsible for all of your costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes, including, but not limited to, online access charges. The time of receipt of any valid Entry shall be the time such valid Entry becomes available to Sponsor. Sponsor's computer shall be the official clock of the Sweepstakes.
By entering this Sweepstakes, an Entrant gives express permission to be contacted by Sponsor.
BY PROVIDING CONTACT INFORMATION, ENTRANTS CONSENT TO THE COLLECTION AND STORAGE OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED. UNLESS THEY ELECT TO OPT-OUT, ENTRANTS TO THIS SWEEPSTAKES MAY RECEIVE MARKETING AND OTHER INFORMATION FROM SPONSOR AND ITS AFFILIATED PARTIES AND CONTRACTORS; HOWEVER, ELIGIBILITY TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS NOT DEPENDENT UPON ENTRANT'S CONSENT TO RECEIVE SUCH MARKETING AND OTHER INFORMATION; AND YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING ARE NOT AFFECTED BY SUCH CONSENT. BY PROVIDING CONTACT INFORMATION AND NOT ELECTING TO OPT OUT, ENTRANTS CONSENT TO BEING CONTACTED BY SPONSOR AND ITS AFFILIATED PARTIES AND CONTRACTORS. ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States of America and the District of Columbia, and Mexico, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older (except in the case of legal residents of certain states where the legal age of majority is greater than eighteen (18) years of age, who then must meet the state's legal age of majority) at the time of Entry. Notwithstanding the prior sentence, the Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law, rule or regulation. Officers, members, managers, directors, and employees of Sponsor Entities (defined below), members of these persons' immediate families (spouses and/or parents, children, and siblings, and their spouses, regardless of where they reside), and/or persons living in the same households as these persons (whether or not related thereto) are not eligible to enter or win this Sweepstakes. "Sponsor Entities" shall mean Sponsor and its parent, subsidiary, and affiliate companies, and administrative, advertising, and promotion agencies, and any other entity involved in the development, administration, promotion, or implementation of the Sweepstakes.
WINNERS:Two (2) winners (the "Winners") will be chosen at random from the pool of eligible Entrants who have completed the required steps as of the end of each Entry Period. The Entry Periods shall end on the dates listed above, or immediately following the Steelers' final game in the 2019 NFL Playoffs.
PRIZES: The following prizes will be awarded in the Sponsor's sole and absolute discretion depending upon the number of weeks the Steelers play in the 2019 NFL Playoffs (the "Prizes"):
AFC Wildcard Round Away Game (Saturday, January 4, 2020 or Sunday January 5, 2020)
Two (2) Winners will receive a travel package to the Steelers' AFC Wildcard away playoff game (the "Wild Card Away Game Prize") for the Winner and one (1) guest. The Wild Card Away Game Prize includes: (i) a pair of game tickets; (ii) round trip commercial coach class air transportation for two (2) from a major U.S. gateway airport nearest the Winner's residence in the U.S.; (iii) one (1) standard double occupancy hotel accommodation for two (2) nights at a hotel selected by Sponsor; and (iv) one (1) $200 VISA Gift Card. Approximate retail value ("ARV") of a Wild Card Away Game Prize is $2,600.

Two (2) winners will win a travel package to the Steelers' AFC Championship Away Game for the Winner and one (1) guest (the "AFC Championship Away Game Prize"). The AFC Championship Away Game Prize includes: (i) a pair of game tickets; (ii) round trip commercial coach class air transportation for two (2) from a major U.S. gateway airport nearest the Winner's residence in the U.S.; (iii) one (1) standard double occupancy hotel accommodation for two (2) nights at a hotel selected by Sponsor; and (iv) one (1) $200 VISA Gift Card. ARV of an AFC Championship Away Game Prize is 2,600.
Winners will not receive the difference between actual value of any Prize and the ARV of any Prize. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible Entries received during the Entry Periods.
Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any Prize (or any portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value at its sole and absolute discretion. Sponsor is not responsible if any of the Steelers Playoff Home or Away Games are delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason, in which event that portion of the Prize is forfeited in its entirety and no substitution will be provided except as in Sponsor's sole and absolute discretion. ARV of the Prizes may vary based on airfare fluctuations and distance between departure and destination. Winner is fully responsible for any and all applicable Federal, state and local taxes (including income and withholding taxes). All costs and expenses associated with Prize acceptance and use not specified by these Rules are the sole responsibility of the Winners.
The Away Game trips are subject to availability and blackout dates. Travel must be round trip. Sponsor will determine airline and flight itinerary in its sole and absolute discretion. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight. Travel and accommodations are subject to availability. Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in these Rules, and those set forth by the Sponsor's airline carrier of choice as detailed in the passenger ticket contract. All expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in the package description above, including but not limited to, transportation to and from the hotel to the Away Game, additional ground transportation, meals, incidentals, passenger tariffs or duties, airline fees, surcharges, airport fees, service charges or facility charges, personal charges at lodging, security fees, taxes or other expenses are the sole responsibility of the Winners. The Winners and each guest must be eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of departure. Should the Winners elect to provide his/her own transportation to the applicable Away Game instead of accepting air transportation provided by Sponsor, or should the Winners elect not to stay in the hotel arranged for by Sponsor, such Winners will not receive any reimbursement or other cash equivalent for the cost of such ground transportation or hotel. Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates.
The Prizes may be subject to change and/or cancellation. Exact Prize details shall be determined in the sole and absolute discretion of Sponsor. The Prizes are non-transferable and non-assignable, with no cash redemption except at Sponsor's sole and absolute discretion.
Winners must travel to any Away Playoff Game on the dates determined by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion or such Prize will be forfeited.
NOTIFICATION: Sponsor will notify each potential Winner at the telephone number (land line or cell) and/or by email provided in their Entry. Sponsor will make three (3) attempts to contact a potential Winner via telephone and/or email within 24 hours from the time of the drawing in which the potential Winner was selected. If Sponsor is unable to reach a potential Winner by telephone and/or email within such 24-hour period, then that potential Winner will be disqualified and an alternate potential prize Winner's entry will be drawn from all remaining eligible Entries at random. At the time of Sponsor's contact with the potential Winner, the potential Winner will be asked to provide his/her proof of age, and a government-issued photo ID. The notified eligible Winner shall be the only party eligible to claim the Prize.
If a Winner declines the Prize, fails to claim the Prize, is unavailable for Prize fulfillment, fails to abide by the Rules, or is ineligible, Sponsor may select an alternate Winner from all remaining eligible Entries. Sponsor is not responsible for and shall not be liable for unsuccessful efforts to notify a potential Winner.
PUBLICITY RELEASE: By submission of his or her Entry, an Entrant grants to Sponsor, and each of its respective designees, the right to use or publicize such Entrant's name, address (city and state of residence), voice, statements, photographs and/or other likenesses (and as to the Entrant who wins, the right to use of the Prize information), for advertising, promotional, trade and/or any other purpose in any media or format now known or hereafter devised, throughout the world, in perpetuity, without limitation, and without further compensation, consideration, permission or notification, unless prohibited by law.
RELEASE/WAIVER OF LIABILITY: By participating in the Sweepstakes and submitting an Entry, each Entrant agrees to (i) be bound by these Rules, including all Entry requirements, and (ii) waive any and all claims against the Sponsor Entities, the National Football League and each of its other member clubs and affiliates and each of their respective parents, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, officers, directors, members, managers, employees, agents, licensees, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers, representatives and advertising and promotion agencies, and any and all other companies associated with the Sweepstakes, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives (collectively, "Released Parties") for any injury, damage or loss that may occur, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from the participation in the Sweepstakes or from the receipt or use of any of the Prizes (or any portion thereof) or any travel or activity related to the receipt or use of any of the Prizes (or any portion thereof).
*PRIVACY POLICY: *Information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes may be used in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy (http://www.steelers.com/legal/privacy-policy) and these Rules. In the event of any discrepancy between Sponsor's Privacy Policy and these Rules, Sponsor's Privacy Policy shall control and govern.
GENERAL CONDITIONS: Released Parties are not responsible for late, incomplete, illegible, inaccurate, undelivered, or garbled entries, interrupted or unavailable network or other connections; misdirected, blocked, or delayed notifications; printing, typographical or other errors appearing within these Rules, in any Sweepstakes-related advertisements or other materials; or any other errors, problems or difficulties of any kind relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, or the announcement of the Prizes or in any Sweepstakes-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to participants or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in the Sweepstakes. Released Parties (i) make no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind concerning any Prize (or any portion thereof), and (ii) disclaim any implied warranty. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Rules shall not constitute a waiver of any such term. All disputes arising out of or related to the Sweepstakes and/or these Rules shall be (a) resolved under the internal substantive laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflicts of laws principles, and the laws of the United States; and (b) heard exclusively in the courts, state and Federal, located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA.
CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY INDIVIDUAL, WHETHER OR NOT AN ENTRANT, TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR UNDERMINE THE CONTENT OR LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR WILL DISQUALIFY ANY SUCH ENTRANT, AND SPONSOR AND/OR ITS AGENTS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS' FEES) AND OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY PERSON OR PERSONS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to cancel or suspend the Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof) at any time. In the event of cancellation, Sponsor may elect to identify the Winners and award the Prizes by way of random drawing from among all non-suspect, eligible Entries received up to the time of such cancellation. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to modify these Rules for clarification purposes without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor further reserves the right to revoke the Prizes or remove an Entrant or Prize Winner, at any time, if the Entrant or Prize Winner acts in a manner that is, in Sponsor's sole and absolute discretion, offensive, harassing, threatening, repugnant, or violent at any time in connection with the Sweepstakes or the Prizes.
