What To Know About Steelers Gameday at Heinz Field
Q. I understand tickets are mobile only this season. How do I access my ticket(s) on my mobile device?
A. Use the Steelers Official Mobile App to access your ticket(s) by selecting the "Tickets" tab on the toolbar and log into your Steelers account. Find out more helpful information here.
Q. Why should I save my ticket(s) to my phone before I leave home?
A: Saving your ticket to your smartphone's digital wallet before leaving your home for Heinz Field ensures your ticket can be scanned regardless of cellular or WiFi service. Learn more about Mobile Ticketing here.
Q. When I have issues with my mobile tickets, who can I contact?
A: Fans with question or needing further assistance should contact us at 412-323-1200. Our office hours are Monday through Friday 9 am-5 pm and on gameday three hours prior to kickoff. You can also visit the Ticket Office windows located at the corner of Art Rooney Avenue and West General Robinson on gameday starting three hours prior to kickoff.
Q. When is the best time to arrive to Heinz Field for a game?
A: Make sure you arrive two hours prior to kickoff for any time that the Steelers play.
- 1 p.m. kickoff – minimal delays occur between 11 am – 12 pm
- 4:25 p.m. kickoff – minimal delays occur between 2:25 – 3:25 pm
- 8:15 p.m. kickoff – minimal delays occur between 6:15 – 7:15 pm
Q: Will I need a mask to enter Heinz Field?
A: Regardless of vaccination status, all guests, staff, and vendors at Heinz Field will be required to wear a mask while visiting any of the indoor areas of the stadium. This includes indoor club levels, the Steelers Pro Shop, restrooms, elevators, and other enclosed spaces. Fans are to bring their own masks with them prior to entering the stadium.
Guests who refuse to wear a mask will first receive a warning, and second time offenders will be removed from the stadium.
Q: Will I need to show proof that I am vaccinated at Heinz Field?
A: Fans will not be required to show proof of vaccination to enter Heinz Field; however, in accordance with CDC guidelines, unvaccinated fans should wear a mask at all times.

Q: Will I be able to re-enter Heinz Field once I leave the stadium?
A. Fans will not be able to re-enter Heinz Field once they leave the stadium.
