What To Know About Steelers Gameday at Heinz Field

Q: Will I need a mask to enter Heinz Field?
A: Regardless of vaccination status, all guests, staff, and vendors at Heinz Field will be required to wear a mask while visiting any of the indoor areas of the stadium. This includes indoor club levels, Steelers Pro Shops, restrooms, elevators, and other enclosed spaces. Fans are to bring their own masks with them prior to entering the stadium.
Guests who refuse to wear a mask will first receive a warning, and second time offenders will be removed from the stadium.

Q: Will I need to show proof that I am vaccinated at Heinz Field?
A: Fans will not be required to show proof of vaccination to enter Heinz Field, however in accordance with CDC guidelines, unvaccinated fans should wear a mask at all times.

Q: Will I be able to re-enter Heinz Field once I leave the stadium?
A. Fans will not be able to re-enter Heinz Field once they leave the stadium.

Q. I understand tickets are mobile only this season. How do I access my ticket(s) on my mobile device?
A. Use the Steelers Official Mobile App to access your ticket(s) by selecting the "Tickets" tab on the toolbar and log in to your Steelers account. You can access the Steelers Official Mobile App here.
