What To Know About Steelers Training Camp at Heinz Field

Q: What does it cost to attend a Steelers Training Camp practice at Heinz Field?
A: Admission is FREE to all Steelers Training Camp practices at Heinz Field. Fans will need to have a mobile ticket to enter Heinz Field.

Q: How can I get a ticket to Steelers Training Camp?
A: A limited number of tickets for each Training Camp practice will be available. Season ticket holders can secure tickets first via Ticketmaster at 10 am ET on Friday, July 9th. Remaining tickets will be available to the public via Ticketmaster on Saturday, July 10th at 10a m ET. Q. Can I get tickets to Training Camp same day?
A. Fans can get tickets for Training Camp same day, however the ticket must be downloaded up to to an hour after practice starts. For example for a 1:30 p.m. practice, same day tickets will be for downloaded up to 2:30 p.m.

Q: Where can I sit during Steelers Training Camp practices?
A: All attendees must have a mobile ticket to enter. That ticket will outline your assigned seat. A limited number of tickets for each Training Camp practice will be available to the public on Ticketmaster at 10 a.m. ET on Saturday, July 10.

Q: How do I enter Heinz Field for a Steelers Training Camp practice?
A: Fans can enter through Gate B and the FedEx Great Hall Center Gate on Art Rooney Avenue. These gates will open at 12:30 p.m. for a 1:30 p.m. practice. They will also open 11:00 a.m. for a 12:00 p.m. practice.

Q: Will I be able to re-enter Training Camp once I leave the stadium?
A. Fans will not be able to re-enter Heinz Field once they leave the stadium.

Q: Is there parking available?
A: Gold Lot 1 will be available during our regular open practice schedule. Please park in the Carnegie Science Center North Lot on Friday, July 30th during Friday Night Lights and Saturday, July 31st during SteelersFest. Normal parking fees for these lots will be required.

Q: What are the Pro Shop Store hours at Heinz Field?
A: Visit our new Pro Shop Store at Heinz Field during your trip to Training Camp. Below are our store hours during Training Camp.

  • 10 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. - Open to public
  • 12:30 p.m. - 6 p.m Open to Training Camp attendees only

Q: Will there be food and beverage for sale during practices?
A: Yes, concession stands at Heinz Field will be open with food and beverage available for purchase at Bud Light Pub 33, featuring Franco's Pizzeria, in the FedEx Great Hall and the Ford Fan Zone. Heinz Field will not be selling alcohol during Training Camp. Please note that Heinz Field is a cashless stadium and will accept credit and debit cards. A reverse ATM will be available in the FedEx Great Hall.

Q: Will I be able to get player or legend autographs at Training Camp?
A. No current player or legend autographs will be permitted during Training Camp.

Q: Can I film or take videos of Steelers Practice at Training Camp?
A: No videos or filming will be allowed during practice. If seen using your phone, camera or any other electronic device to capture video, you will be asked to leave the stadium and / or delete the footage.

Q: Are there Safety & Health policies I should be aware of?
A: Upon securing a ticket to Steelers Training Camp, you will need to agree to the NFL Supplemental and Club Ticket Terms and Conditions which can be viewed here: https://www.nfl.com/legal/clubs-game-ticket-policy

Q: Will I need a mask to enter Heinz Field?
A: Masks are not required at Heinz Field. It's recommended that non-vaccinated guests continue wear a mask per CDC guidelines.

Q: Will I need to show proof that I am vaccinated at Heinz Field?
A: Proof of vaccination will not be required to attend.
