• Transferred to the University of Montana in 2018 and spent his redshirt sophomore year making the transition from quarterback to offensive line
• Spent his first two collegiate seasons as a quarterback at Montana State University-Northern, completing 11-of-18 passes for 181 yards and two TDs and rushing 43 times for 177 yards and three TDs

• Attended Butte (Mont.) High School
• Played quarterback at Butte High School, throwing for 3,124 yards and 30 TDs as a junior, while earning Class AA offensive MVP honors after leading his team to a state title
