Why nominated:Ms. Bizik was nominated by her former principal who says, "Kim has not had a free lunch period or preparation period for the last 10 years because she is always giving up any and all free time she has to help kids learn and succeed. Kim's mantra is "Hate me now, love me later", but no kids hate Mrs. Bizik. They hate how she pushes them to do well, and deep down they know it is what is best for them. She is a true hero in education."
