Player of the Week

Brown is Steelers Digest Player of the Week

ANTONIO BROWN** Wide Receiver

"When the lights go on, the stars come out."

That was a line from Mike Tomlin's postgame press briefing following the Steelers 40-17 win over the Titans at Heinz Field, and if it wasn't directed solely at Antonio Brown, he certainly was part of the group Tomlin was talking about.

Brown caught 10 passes for 144 yards and three touchdowns, and he also returned a punt for 16 yards that set up his third touchdown reception, a one-handed grab from 10 yards out over Tennessee cornerback Logan Ryan. Brown is the Steelers Digest Player of the Week.

Also considered were Ben Roethlisberger, who completed 30-for-45 (67 percent) for 299 yards, with four touchdowns, no interceptions, and a rating of 115.0; Cam Heyward, who had three tackles, two sacks, and three total hits on the quarterback; Vince Williams, who had seven tackles, one sack, and three hits on the quarterback; Chris Boswell, who was 4-for-4 on field goals, including one from 50 yards, to raise his record on the season to 24-for-27 (88.9 percent); Stephon Tuitt, who had three tackles, a sack, and two hits on the quarterback; and Tyler Matakevich, who had two tackles on special teams.
