2025 "STEELERS ON THE GO, PRESENTED BY GEICO" SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES
ENTRIES ARE FREE OF CHARGE. ONE ENTRY ALLOWED PER ELIGIBLE PERSON. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER. ODDS OF WINNING A PRIZE DEPEND UPON THE NUMBER OF ELIGIBLE ENTRIES RECEIVED BY SPONSOR. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR OTHERWISE RESTRICTED BY LAW. RESIDENTS OF NEW YORK OR FLORIDA ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE.
By participating in the 2025 "Steelers on the Go, Presented by GEICO" Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes"), you agree to these official rules ("Rules"), inclusive of all terms and conditions. Please read the Rules carefully before participating. You must follow the directions provided within these Rules to be eligible to receive a prize (each, a "Prize"), all as more fully explained below.
SPONSOR: This Sweepstakes is sponsored by Pittsburgh Steelers LLC, 100 Art Rooney Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15212 USA ("Sponsor" or "Steelers").
HOW TO ENTER: The Sweepstakes will begin on Friday, September 19, 2025, at 12:01 AM EDST and end on Wednesday, December 3, 2025, at 11:59 PM EDST ("Promotion Period"). To enter the Sweepstakes, you must go to: https://web.witcontests.com/steelers/giveaway/slots/steelers-on-the-go-presented--250912, and provide your name, home address, email address, phone number and date of birth and play the virtual slot machine (the "Online Entry"). Immediately after playing the virtual slot machine, the Online Entrant will be notified of any Prize (as hereinafter defined) that the Entrant has been awarded. Those eligible individuals submitting a completed Entry (the "Entrants") agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of these Rules. All Entrants further agree to waive, release and discharge any right(s) to challenge any decisions made by the Sponsor, and waive any right to claim any ambiguity in the Rules or any Online Entry.
ALTERNATIVE METHOD OF ENTRY: To enter the Sweepstakes other than via an Online Entry, send a letter or post card postmarked on or before the end of the Promotion Period, which includes legibly your full name, age, date of birth, mailing address, email address and phone number to: 2025 "Steelers on the Go, Presented by GEICO" Sweepstakes, c/o Pittsburgh Steelers, 358 North Shore Drive, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania 15212. By sending in a Mail-In Entry, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of these Rules (the "Mail-In Entry", and collectively with an Online Entry, an "Entry"), and will also be entered into the Drawing. Upon receipt of a Mail-In Entry, Sponsor personnel shall input the information from the Mail-In Entry into the virtual slot machine landing page and shall play the virtual slot machine on behalf of such Mail-In Entrant. Such play of the virtual slot machine shall determine if any Prize has been won by such Mail-In Entrant.
Entries, regardless of the method of Entry must be received by the end of the Promotion Period. Limit of ONE (1), AND ONLY ONE (1), ENTRY PER PERSON. Multiple entries, not counting any bonus entries awarded as Instant Prizes, received from any person beyond this limit will void all such additional entries. Entries that are incomplete, garbled, corrupted, illegible or unintelligible for any reason, including, but not limited to, poor handwriting, computer or network malfunction or congestion, are void and will not be accepted. Failure to follow any instructions provided in these Rules may result in disqualification. All materials submitted become the property of Sponsor, and Entries will not be acknowledged or returned. You are responsible for your costs of entering, including online access charges, etc. The time of receipt of any valid Entry shall be the time such valid Entry becomes available to Sponsor. Sponsor's computer shall be the official clock of the Sweepstakes. By entering the Sweepstakes, an Entrant gives express permission to be contacted by Sponsor.
BY PROVIDING CONTACT INFORMATION, ENTRANTS CONSENT TO THE COLLECTION AND STORAGE OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED. UNLESS AND UNTIL THEY ELECT TO OPT OUT, ENTRANTS TO THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY RECEIVE MARKETING AND OTHER PROMOTIONAL INFORMATION FROM GEICO, SPONSOR AND/OR THEIR AFFILIATED PARTIES AND CONTRACTORS. ELIGIBILITY TO PARTICIPATE IN THE SWEEPSTAKES IS NOT, HOWEVER, DEPENDENT UPON ENTRANT'S CONSENT TO RECEIVE SUCH MARKETING AND OTHER PROMOTIONAL INFORMATION AND YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING ARE NOT AFFECTED BY SUCH CONSENT. BY PROVIDING CONTACT INFORMATION AND NOT ELECTING TO OPT OUT, ENTRANTS CONSENT TO BEING CONTACTED BY GEICO, SPONSOR AND THEIR AFFILIATED PARTIES AND CONTRACTORS. CONTACT METHODS MAY INCLUDE MAILINGS, EMAILS, TEXTS AND TELEPHONE CALLS (INCLUDING THOSE GENERATED FROM AN AUTOMATED TELEPHONE DIALING SYSTEM) AT THE TELEPHONE NUMBER PROVIDED, INCLUDING ANY WIRELESS TELEPHONE NUMBER PROVIDED.
ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States of America (except for residents of New York or Florida) and the District of Columbia, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of Entry. Notwithstanding the prior sentence, this Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law, rule or regulation. Officers, directors, members, managers, and employees of Sponsor Entities (as defined below) and GEICO, or members of these persons' immediate families (spouses and/or parents, children, and siblings, and their spouses, regardless of where they reside), and/or persons living in the same households as these persons (whether or not related thereto) are not eligible to enter or win the Sweepstakes. "Sponsor Entities" shall mean the Steelers, the National Football League ("NFL"), all NFL member teams and their respective parents, subsidiaries, and affiliate companies, administrative, advertising, and promotion agencies involved with the Sweepstakes, and any other person or entity involved in the development, administration, promotion, or implementation of the Sweepstakes.
WINNER: Forty (40) Entrants, regardless of method of entry, will be selected as Prize winners after spinning the wheel (collectively, the "Winners"). Winning is subject to verification of eligibility.
PRIZES:
The Winners of the forty (40) Prizes shall receive one (1) of the following: (i) one of twenty (20) autographed mini helmets (with an ARV of $100 apiece); (ii) one of ten (10) autographed jerseys (with an ARV of $900 apiece); (iii) one of ten (10) autographed footballs (with an ARV of $350 apiece). Total ARV of these forty (40) prizes is $14,500.
All Winners are fully responsible for any and all applicable federal, state and local taxes (including income and withholding taxes). All costs and expenses associated with any Winner's participation in the Sweepstakes and/or acceptance of the Prize shall be the sole responsibility of such Winner unless otherwise provided in these Rules.
NO TRANSFER OR ASSIGNMENT OF THE PRIZE: Exact Prize details shall be determined in the sole discretion of Sponsor. All Prizes are non-transferable and non-assignable, with no cash redemption except at Sponsor's sole and absolute discretion. A Winner will not receive the difference between actual value and ARV, if any.
ODDS OF WINNING: Due to the variable nature of the number of Entrants in the Sweepstakes, the backend engine utilizes a dynamic probability function to determine Winners, based on an expected number of eligible Entries. Therefore, the probability of winning any particular Prize may vary throughout the course of the Promotion Period.
NOTIFICATION: Those Entrants submitting an Online Entry will be notified of any Prize they may win immediately and be asked to fill out a winner verification form to claim the Prize. Those Entrants submitting a Mail-In Entry will be notified promptly by Sponsor at the telephone number (land line or cell) and/or by the email address provided in the Mail-In Entry of the Instant Prize they have won. At the time of Sponsor's contact with a potential Mail-In Entry Winner, the potential Mail-In Entry Winner will be asked to provide his/her proof of age and a government-issued photo ID. The notified eligible Winner shall be the only party eligible to claim the Prize.
If a Prize Winner declines a Prize, fails to claim a Prize, is unavailable for prize fulfillment, fails to abide by the Rules, or is ineligible, Sponsor may select an alternate Winner from all remaining eligible Entries. Sponsor is not responsible and shall not be liable for unsuccessful efforts to notify a potential Prize Winner.
PUBLICITY RELEASE: By submission of his or her Entry, an Entrant grants to Sponsor and each of its designees, the right to use or publicize such Entrant's name, address (city and state of residence), voice, statements, photograph and/or other likeness (and as to the Entrant who wins, the right to use of the Prize information), for advertising, promotional, trade and/or any other purpose in any media or format now known or hereafter devised, throughout the world, in perpetuity, without limitation, and without further compensation, consideration, permission or notification, unless prohibited by law.
RELEASE/WAIVER OF LIABILITY: By participating in the Sweepstakes and submitting an Entry, each Entrant agrees to (i) be bound by these Rules, including all Entry requirements, and (ii) waive any and all claims against the Sponsor Entities, and each of their respective parents, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensees, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers, representatives and advertising and promotion agencies, and any and all other companies associated with the Sweepstakes, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives (collectively, "Released Parties"), for any injury, damage or loss that may occur, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from the participation in the Sweepstakes or from the receipt or use of a Prize (or any portion thereof) or any travel or activity related to the receipt or use of a Prize (or any portion thereof).
PRIVACY POLICY: Information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes will be used in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy (http://www.steelers.com/footer/privacy-policy.html) and these Rules. In the event of any discrepancy between Sponsor's Privacy Policy and these Rules, Sponsor's Privacy Policy shall control and govern.
GENERAL CONDITIONS: Released Parties are not responsible for late, incomplete, illegible, inaccurate, undelivered, or garbled entries, interrupted or unavailable network or other connections; misdirected, blocked, or delayed notifications; printing, typographical or other errors appearing within these Rules, in any Sweepstakes-related advertisements or other materials; or any other errors, problems or difficulties of any kind relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of Entries, or the announcement of a Prize or in any Sweepstakes-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to participants or to any other person's computer or other electronic devices related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes. Released Parties (i) make no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind concerning a Prize (or any portion thereof), and (ii) disclaim any implied warranty. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Rules shall not constitute a waiver of any such term. All disputes will be resolved under the internal substantive laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflicts of laws principles, and the laws of the United States. All disputes arising out of or with respect to this Sweepstakes or these Rules shall be heard exclusively in the courts, state and federal, located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA.
CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY INDIVIDUAL, WHETHER OR NOT AN ENTRANT, TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR UNDERMINE THE CONTENT OR LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR WILL DISQUALIFY ANY SUCH ENTRANT, AND SPONSOR AND/OR ITS AGENTS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS' FEES) AND OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY PERSON OR PERSONS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend the Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof) at any time. In the event of cancellation, Sponsor may elect to identify a Prize Winner or Prize Winners by way of random drawing(s) from among all non-suspect, eligible Entries received up to the time of such cancellation. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify these Rules for clarification purposes without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor further reserves the right to revoke a Prize or remove an Entrant or Prize Winner, at any time, if the Entrant or Prize Winner acts in a manner that is, in Sponsor's sole discretion, offensive, harassing, threatening, repugnant, or violent at any time in connection with the Sweepstakes or Prize.
WINNERS' NAME/OFFICIAL RULES REQUEST: To obtain the name of the Winners or a copy of these Official Rules, mail a request and a self-addressed stamped envelope to: 2025 "Steelers on the Go, Presented by GEICO" Sweepstakes, c/o Pittsburgh Steelers, 358 North Shore Drive, Suite 200, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania 15212 USA. The Winners' name(s)/Official Rules requests must be received by August 31, 2026.
