PRO (118-92/0-0): Signed a two-year contract with the Steelers as an unrestricted free agent (from Jacksonville) on March 21, 2017…re-signed a two-year extension with the Jaguars on March 8, 2015…originally drafted by the Jaguars in the first round (10th overall) of the 2010 NFL Draft.

PERSONAL: Attended St. Louis High School (Honolulu, Hawaii)…was a two-time all-state selection by the Honolulu Star Bulletin…as a senior, he was named the Interscholastic Hawaiian League Defensive Player of the Year and earned a spot on Prep Star’s All-Far West Region team…son of Ta'avao and Levaa'i Alualu…is one of nine children…he and his wife Desire have three sons, Tyree, Tydes and Tyten and one daughter, Dereon…Full name: Tyson Asi Alualu (Ah-loo ah-loo).
