The Steelers will be without Marcus Gilbert tonight, inactive for the sixth consecutive game with a knee injury.
With Gilbert out, both Matt Feiler and Chukwuma Okorafor are active when the Steelers take on the Los Angeles Chargers at Heinz Field, and both could see action.
"I am feeling pretty good," said Feiler, who was active last week but didn't play with a pectoral injury. "You always want to be out there with the guys."
Okorafor started against the Broncos and said he is ready if called upon this week.
"Every week you go in with the mindset you might start, or you could be second or third string," said Okorafor. "Whatever reps I get I go out there and do my best to be ready for what I am asked."
Stephon Tuitt, who missed the last two games with an elbow injury, will be back on the field, happy to return to action.
"This is my life. This is what I do," said Tuitt. "When you sit back and watch, it's hard."
Vance McDonald (hip) and Xavier Grimble (concussion) both were injured against the Broncos but returned to the practice field and will be ready to go.
Bud Dupree, who was listed as questionable going into the game, is active tonight. Dupree suffered a pectoral injury against the Broncos and gradually worked his way back onto the field this week, going full on Friday.
"I tore it off the bone in college. This time it's just a tear in my muscle, so it's going to be okay," said Dupree. "I had to go through the week precautionary, but that felt good."
Inactive tonight is wide receiver James Washington as well as cornerback Cameron Sutton who missed practice during the week for personal reasons. Safety Morgan Burnett who has been hampered by a back injury is also inactive.
