Tom Bradley is entering his second season as the Steelers' defensive backs coach and his second year in the National Football League coaching ranks. He was hired on February 8, 2018. In his first season as the Steelers' defensive backs coach, in 2018, Bradley helped a defensive unit that ranked 10th among all NFL teams in opponent net passing yards per game allowed (231.1), in addition to being a part of a defense that ranked sixth in the NFL in total defense, yielding 327.2 yards per game, while allowing only five quarterbacks to throw for 300 passing yards or more against Pittsburgh.

Bradley brings more than 35 years of coaching experience from the collegiate level – including more than 30 years from the sidelines at Penn State University – to the Steelers.
