Steelers sign Dangerfield, Washington

The Steelers signed two players to Reserve/Future contracts, safety Jordan Dangerfield and wide receiver L'Damian Washington, the team announced today.

Dangerfield re-joins the Steelers after spending a portion of the 2014 season on the team's practice squad. The 5-11, 199-pound Towson product entered the NFL as an undrafted free agent with the Buffalo Bills following the 2013 NFL Draft. He spent the 2014 training camp in Pittsburgh.

Washington entered the NFL as an undrafted free agent with the Dallas Cowboys following the 2014 NFL Draft. He had stints on the practice squads of the New York Giants, Cleveland Browns and Miami Dolphins in 2014. The 6-4, 200-pound Missouri product totaled 100 receptions for 1,735 yards and 15 touchdowns in his collegiate career.
