OFFICIAL RULES FOR THE 2025 PITTSBURGH STEELERS IMMACULATE PREDICTION NFL SEASON LONG CONTEST
ENTRIES ARE FREE OF CHARGE. ONE ENTRY ALLOWED PER ELIGIBLE PERSON. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER. ODDS OF WINNING DEPEND UPON THE NUMBER OF ELIGIBLE ENTRIES RECEIVED BY SPONSOR. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR OTHERWISE RESTRICTED BY LAW.
CONTEST DETAILS: The Pittsburgh Steelers Immaculate Prediction 2026 Home Opener VIP Trip Contest (the "Contest") will begin on August 28, 2025 at 3:00 AM EDST and end on January 9, 2026 at 11:59 AM EST ("Contest Period"). The Contest will require a participant to answer predictive questions during the Contest Period via the weekly Immaculate Prediction Contests (the "Weekly Contests"). There will be eighteen (18) Weekly Contests. Rules for the Weekly Contests can be found at: https://www.steelers.com/legal/app-immaculate-prediction-terms-weekly. Each correct answer from the applicable Weekly Contest will be assigned a point value (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) that results in an individual leaderboard ranking (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion). The Contest Entrant with the most points (as decided by Sponsor in its sole discretion) from the Weekly Contests at the end of the Contest Period will win a prize package containing (i) two (2) tickets for the 2026 Steelers home opener game taking place in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (the "Steelers Game"); (ii) travel arrangements including roundtrip coach airfare to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; and (iii) two (2) nights of hotel accommodations (the "Grand Prize Package"). The Contest Entrant with the second highest number of points (as decided by Sponsor in its sole discretion) from the Weekly Contests will win a full-sized Speed Helmet autographed by Ben Roethlisberger (the "Second Place Prize"). The Contest Entrant with the third highest number of points (as decided by Sponsor in its sole discretion) from the Weekly Contests will win a USD $250 Gift Card to the Steelers Pro Shop (the "Third Place Prize"). In the case of a tie, winners will be randomly selected from those Entrants who are tied for the lead as of the final day of the Contest Period.
By participating in the Contest you agree to be bound by these official rules ("Rules"), inclusive of all terms and conditions. Please read the Rules carefully before participating. You must follow the directions provided within these Rules to be eligible to win the Prize.
SPONSOR: The Contest is sponsored by Pittsburgh Steelers LLC, 100 Art Rooney Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15212 ("Sponsor").
HOW TO ENTER: To enter the Contest, you must (a) download the Steelers official mobile app and create your fan profile or, if you already have a fan profile, just sign in; (b) answer the predictive questions from the Weekly Contests during an applicable Weekly Contest Period; and (c) agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of these Rules (an "Electronic Entry").
All Entrants agree that all decisions of Sponsor shall be final and binding with respect to all matters related to the Contest. Entrants waive any right to challenge any decisions made by Sponsor and/or claim any ambiguity in the Rules, the Contest, or any Electronic Entry.
ALTERNATIVE METHOD OF ENTRY: Because the Prizes are awarded based on the cumulative point value of the Weekly Contests, there is no alternative method of entry for the Grand Prize, however, there is an alternative method of entry for the Weekly Contests. To enter the Weekly Contests other than via the Electronic Entry, send a letter or post card, postmarked by the end date of the Contest Period, with your full name, age, mailing address, email address, phone number and answers to the predictive questions of the applicable Weekly Contest to: Pittsburgh Steelers Immaculate Prediction 2026 Season Contest, 358 North Shore Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15212. By completing and sending a mail-in entry, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of these Rules (the "Mail-In Entry", and collectively with an Electronic Entry, an "Entry").
Entries, regardless of the method of Entry, must be received or postmarked by the end of the applicable Weekly Contest Period. Limit of ONE (1), AND ONLY ONE (1), ENTRY PER PERSON PER WEEKLY CONTEST. Multiple entries received from any person beyond this limit may void all such additional entries. Entries that are incomplete, garbled, corrupted, or unintelligible for any reason, including, but not limited to, computer or network malfunction or congestion, are void and will not be accepted.
Failure to follow any instructions provided in these Rules may result in disqualification. All materials submitted become the property of Sponsor, and Entries will not be acknowledged or returned. You are responsible for the costs of entering, including online access charges, postage, etc. The time of receipt of any valid Entry shall be the time such valid Entry becomes available to Sponsor. Sponsor's computer shall be the official clock of the Contest.
By entering the Contest, an Entrant gives express permission to be contacted by Sponsor.
BY PROVIDING CONTACT INFORMATION, ENTRANTS CONSENT TO THE COLLECTION AND STORAGE OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED. UNLESS THEY ELECT TO OPT-OUT, ENTRANTS TO THE CONTEST MAY RECEIVE MARKETING AND OTHER PROMOTIONAL INFORMATION FROM SPONSOR AND/OR ITS AFFILIATED PARTIES AND CONTRACTORS. ELIGIBILITY TO PARTICIPATE IN THE CONTEST IS NOT, HOWEVER, DEPENDENT UPON ENTRANT'S CONSENT TO RECEIVE SUCH MARKETING AND OTHER PROMOTIONAL INFORMATION AND YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING ARE NOT AFFECTED BY SUCH CONSENT. BY PROVIDING CONTACT INFORMATION AND NOT ELECTING TO OPT OUT, ENTRANTS CONSENT TO BEING CONTACTED BY SPONSOR, ITS AFFILIATED PARTIES OR PARTNERS, AND CONTRACTORS. CONTACT METHODS MAY INCLUDE MAILINGS, EMAILS, TEXTS AND TELEPHONE CALLS (INCLUDING THOSE GENERATED FROM AN AUTOMATED TELEPHONE DIALING SYSTEM) AT THE TELEPHONE NUMBER PROVIDED, INCLUDING ANY WIRELESS TELEPHONE NUMBER PROVIDED.
ELIGIBILITY: The Contest is open only to (a) legal residents of the fifty (50) United States of America and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry (except in the case of legal residents of certain states where the legal age of majority is greater than eighteen (18) years of age, who then must meet the state's legal age of majority), and (b) legal residents of Mexico who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Notwithstanding the prior sentence, this Contest is void where prohibited or otherwise restricted by law, rule or regulation. Officers, members, managers, directors, shareholders, and employees of Sponsor Entities (as defined below), members of these persons' immediate families (spouses and/or parents, children, and siblings, and their spouses, regardless of where they reside), and/or persons living in the same households as these persons (whether or not related thereto) are not eligible to enter or win the Contest. "Sponsor Entities" shall mean Sponsor, the National Football League ("NFL"), and their respective parents, subsidiaries, and affiliate companies, administrative, advertising, and promotion agencies involved with the Contest, and any other person or entity involved in the development, administration, promotion, or implementation of the Contest. The NFL is not, however, an actual Sponsor of the Contest.
WINNERS: There will be three (3) winners (each, a "Winner") selected on January 9, 2026. The three (3) Winners will be chosen from the pool of eligible Entrants who have completed the required steps as of the end of the Contest Period and are top three (3) highest ranked Entrants on the leadership board, based on the cumulative number of points from the Weekly Contests. In the case of a tie, the Winners will be randomly selected from those Entrants who are tied for the lead for the Contest. Winning is subject to verification of eligibility. Winning a Weekly Contest or Weekly Contests shall not preclude an Entrant from being a Prize Winner of the Contest.
PRIZES: There will be one (1) Grand Prize Package awarded, one (1) Second Place Prize awarded, and one (1) Third Place Prize awarded (each, a "Prize" collectively, the "Prizes").
GRAND PRIZE PACKAGE:
If the Winner lives within 100 miles of Acrisure Stadium, the Grand Prize Package shall consist of the following:
two (2) tickets to the Steelers Game (Approximate Retail Value "ARV" USD $540.00)
If the Winner lives within 200 miles of Acrisure Stadium, the Grand Prize Package shall consist of the following:
(i) two (2) tickets to the Steelers Game (ARV USD $540.00); and (ii) a two (2) night stay at the Omni William Penn Hotel located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (ARV USD $700.00)
If the Winner lives more than 200 miles from Acrisure Stadium, the Grand Prize Package shall consist of the following:
(i) two (2) tickets to the Steelers Game (ARV USD $540.00; (ii) a two (2) night stay at the Omni William Penn Hotel located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (ARV USD $700.00); and (iii) round trip, coach-class air transportation for two (2) from a major airport near the Winner's home (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (Maximum ARV USD $1,000.00).
ARV of the Grand Prize Package is USD $540.00 - $2,240.00, depending on the home location of the Winner.
The Winner must travel on the dates surrounding the Steelers Game (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) or Prize will be forfeited. Trip must be booked through Sponsor at least five (5) days prior to departure.
The trip is subject to availability and blackout dates. Travel must be round trip. Sponsor will determine airline and flight itinerary in its sole discretion. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of a cancellation or delay of any flight. Travel and accommodations are subject to availability. Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in these Rules, and those set forth by Sponsor's airline carrier of choice as detailed in the passenger ticket contract. All expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in the package description above, including but not limited to, additional ground transportation, meals, incidentals, passenger tariffs or duties, airline fees, surcharges, airport fees, service charges or facility charges, personal charges at lodging, security fees, taxes or other expenses are the responsibility solely of the Winner. The Winner's travel companion must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older as of the date of departure, unless the travel companion is the child of the Winner or a sibling of the Winner with the appropriate parental permissions and releases and must travel on same itinerary and at the same time as the Winner. Travel companion (or his/her parent or legal guardian, if applicable) must execute liability/publicity releases prior to issuance of travel documents. Travel restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. Should the Winner elect not to stay in the hotel arranged for by Sponsor, the Winner will not receive any reimbursement or other cash equivalent for the cost of such hotel. Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates. Sponsor is not responsible if the Steelers Game is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason, in which event that portion of the Prize is forfeited in its entirety and no substitution will be provided except in Sponsor's sole discretion. Actual value of the Prize may vary based on airfare fluctuations and distance between departure and destination.
SECOND PLACE PRIZE: The second place Winner shall receive a full-sized Speed Helmet autographed by Ben Roethlisberger (ARV USD $1,250.00).
THIRD PLACE PRIZE: The third place Winner shall receive a Two Hundred and Fifty and 00/100 US Dollar (ARV USD $250.00) gift card to the Steelers Pro Shop (ARV USD $250.00)
Maximum total ARV of the Prizes is USD $3,740.00
NO TRANSFER OR ASSIGNMENT OF THE PRIZES: The exact Prize details shall be determined in the sole discretion of Sponsor. The Prizes are non-transferable and non-assignable, with no cash redemption except at Sponsor's sole and absolute discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a Prize with one of comparable or greater value at its sole and absolute discretion. Actual value of a Prize may vary based on the actual item awarded. A Winner will not receive the difference between actual value and ARV, if any. The odds of winning a Prize depend upon the number of eligible Entries received during the Contest Period. Each Winner is fully responsible for the payment of any and all applicable federal, state and local taxes (including income and withholding taxes). All costs and expenses associated with a Winner's participation in the Contest and/or acceptance of a Prize shall be the sole responsibility of such Winner unless otherwise provided in these Rules.
NOTIFICATION: Sponsor will notify a potential Winner at the telephone number (land line or cell) and/or email address provided in the Entry. Sponsor will make two (2) attempts to contact a potential Winner via email and one (1) attempt to contact a potential Winner via telephone call within twenty-four (24) hours from the time in which a potential Winner was selected. If Sponsor is unable to reach a potential Winner by telephone and/or email within such twenty-four (24) hour period, then that potential Winner will be disqualified and an alternate potential Winner's Entry will be selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion. At the time of Sponsor's contact with a potential Winner, such potential Winner will be asked to provide his/her proof of age and a government-issued photo ID (or other such identification as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion). The notified eligible Winner shall be the only party eligible to claim the Prize.
If a Winner declines a Prize, fails to claim a Prize, is unavailable for Prize fulfillment, fails to abide by the Rules, or is ineligible, Sponsor may select an alternate Winner from all remaining eligible Entries. Sponsor is not responsible for and shall not be liable for unsuccessful efforts to notify a potential Winner of the Prize.
PUBLICITY AND USE RELEASE: By submission of his or her Entry, an Entrant grants to Sponsor, and each of its designees, the right to publicize or use such Entrant's name, address (city and state of residence), voice, statements, photograph and/or other likeness (and as to the Entrant who wins, the right to use of the Prize information), for advertising, promotional, trade and/or any other purpose in any media or format now known or hereafter devised, throughout the world, in perpetuity, without limitation, and without further compensation, consideration, permission or notification, unless prohibited by law. Entrant warrants that Sponsor and its respective designees may peacefully use Entrant's name, address (city and state of residence), voice, statements, photograph and/or other likeness and will hold Sponsor and its respective designees harmless and indemnify them from any claim or lawsuit to the contrary.
RELEASE/WAIVER OF LIABILITY: By participating in the Contest and submitting an Entry and/or accepting the Prize, each Entrant and/or Winner expressly agrees to (i) be bound by these Rules, including all Entry requirements, and (ii) waive, release and discharge any and all claims against the Sponsor Entities and each of their respective parents, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, officers, directors, members, managers, employees, agents, licensees, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers, representatives and advertising and promotion agencies, and any and all other companies associated with the Contest, and all of their respective officers, directors, members, managers, employees, agents and representatives (collectively, "Released Parties") for any injury, damage or loss that may occur, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, arising out of or in any way related to the Contest, these Rules, Entrant's Entry, negligence of any of the Released Parties, any travel or activity related to the receipt or use of the Prize (or any portion thereof), or the acceptance, participation, use or misuse of the Prize (or any portion thereof).
PRIVACY POLICY: Information collected by Sponsor in connection with the Contest will be used in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy (http://www.steelers.com/legal/privacy-policy/) (https://www.steelers.com/legal/privacy-policy/en-espanol) and these Rules. In the event of any discrepancy between Sponsor's Privacy Policy and these Rules, Sponsor's Privacy Policy shall control and govern.
GENERAL CONDITIONS: Released Parties are not responsible for late, incomplete, illegible, inaccurate, undelivered, or garbled Entries, interrupted or unavailable network or other connections; misdirected, blocked, or delayed notifications; printing, typographical or other errors appearing within these Rules, in any Contest-related advertisements or other materials; or any other errors, problems or difficulties of any kind relating to or in connection with the Contest, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Contest, the processing of Entries, or the announcement of the Prize in any Contest-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to participants or to any person's computer, phone, tablet or other electronic device related to or resulting from participating in the Contest. Released Parties (i) make no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind concerning a Prize or any element of a Prize, and (ii) disclaim any express or implied warranties. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Rules shall not constitute a waiver of any such term. All disputes will be resolved under the internal substantive laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflicts of laws principles, and the laws of the United States. All disputes arising out of or with respect to the Contest or these Rules shall be heard exclusively in the courts, state and federal, located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA.
CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY INDIVIDUAL, WHETHER OR NOT AN ENTRANT, TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE ASSOCIATED WITH THE CONTEST OR UNDERMINE THE CONTENT OR LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR WILL DISQUALIFY SUCH ENTRANT, AND SPONSOR AND/OR ITS AGENTS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO PROSECUTE AND SEEK DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS' FEES) OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY SUCH ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend the Contest at any time. In the event of cancellation, Sponsor may elect to identify the Winners and award the Prizes by way of selecting Winners from among all non-suspect, eligible Entries received up to the time of such cancellation. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify these Rules for clarification purposes without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the Contest. Sponsor further reserves the right to revoke a Prize or remove an Entrant or Prize Winner, at any time, if the Entrant or Prize Winner acts in a manner that is, in Sponsor's sole discretion, offensive, harassing, threatening, repugnant, or violent at any time in connection with the Contest or the Prize.
WINNERS' NAME/OFFICIAL RULES REQUEST: To obtain the name of the Winners or a copy of these Official Rules, mail a request and a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Pittsburgh Steelers Immaculate Prediction 2026 Home Opener VIP Trip Contest, 358 North Shore Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15212. The Winners' name and Official Rules requests must be received by January 10, 2027.
