PRO (91-40/3-0): Arthur Moats agreed to terms with the Steelers on a three-year contract on March 9, 2015…signed a one-year contract with the Steelers as an unrestricted free agent (from Buffalo) on March 24, 2014…named the Bills’ Walter Payton Man of the Year and the recipient of the team’s Ed Block Courage Award in 2013…placed on the Bills’ Reserve/Injured List on December 18, 2012, with an ankle injury…originally selected by the Bills in the sixth round (178th overall) of the 2010 NFL Draft.

2015 (16-11/2-0): Arthur Moats matched his single-season career high with four sacks…recorded a single-season career-high with two fumble recoveries…added one postseason special teams tackle 1/9 at Cincinnati.

2013 (16-12) (Buf): Set a career-high with 12 starts in 16 games played…recorded a career-high 48 tackles, including five games with five or more stops…added six special teams stops (two, 10/13 vs. Cincinnati, and one on 9/8 vs. New England, 11/10 at Pittsburgh, 11/17 vs. N.Y. Jets and 12/1 vs. Atlanta).

  • 9/15 vs. Carolina: Totaled a career-high and season-high eight tackles to go along with one QB pressure.
  • 9/29 vs. Baltimore: Was part of a defense that held the Ravens to 24 rushing yards and zero rushing first downs (tied a team record).
  • 10/20 vs. Miami: Played in his 50th career contest.

2012 (14-4) (Buf): Saw action in 14 contests with four starts…placed on the Reserve/Injured List on December 18 with an ankle injury and missed the remainder of the season…totaled 18 tackles on defense and seven special teams tackles (two, 11/15 vs. Miami and 12/9 vs. St. Louis, and one 9/16 vs. Kansas City, 10/21 vs. Tennessee and 11/25 at Indianapolis).

  • 9/9 vs. N.Y. Jets: Posted a season-high six tackles.
  • 9/23 at Cleveland: Tied his season-high with six tackles.

2011 (14-0) (Buf): Played in 14 games…inactive for the first two games (at Kansas City and vs. Oakland)…totaled 20 tackles, tied his career-high with 2.5 sacks, forced one fumble and recovered one fumble…added nine special teams tackles (two, 10/9 vs. Philadelphia, 12/11 at San Diego and 12/24 at Denver, and one 9/25 vs. New England, 10/16 at N.Y. Giants and 11/27 at N.Y. Jets).

  • 10/9 vs. Philadelphia: Hurried QB Michael Vick which caused an interception by Bills’ safety George Wilson.
  • 10/30 vs. Washington: Had a half-sack.
  • 12/18 vs. Miami: Recorded his first career fumble recovery.
  • 12/24 vs. Denver: Sacked and stripped QB Tim Tebow for his first full sack of the season and first forced fumble of the year…marked his second career forced fumble.

2010 (15-4) (Buf): Saw action in 15 games, starting the final four of the season…inactive 10/10 vs. Jacksonville due to an elbow injury…recorded 23 tackles, set a career-high with 2.5 sacks and added his first career forced fumble…also had a career-high 10 tackles on special teams (two, 9/19 at Green Bay, 11/7 vs. Chicago, 11/14 vs. Detroit, and one 9/26 at New England, 11/28 vs. Pittsburgh, 12/5 at Minnesota and 12/12 vs. Cleveland).

  • 9/12 vs. Miami: Made his NFL debut seeing action on special teams.
  • 9/26 at New England: Made a key block on C.J. Spiller’s 95-yard kickoff return for a touchdown.
