COLLEGE: Started 42-of-50 games at left defensive tackle for Washington as he produced 109 tackles (57 solo) with 7.5 sacks (48 yards) and 16.5 tackles for loss (68 yards)…advanced a fumble recovery 14 yards and deflected one pass…finished his career by helping the Huskies appear in back-to-back bowl games for the first time since 2001-02…majored in general studies. 2011: Named All-Pac 12 Conference honorable mention by the league’s coaches…named a team captain prior to the start of the season…started all 13 games at left defensive tackle, recording 30 tackles (15 solo)…his 3.5 sacks (19 yards) and seven tackles for loss (30 yards) set career highs…served as team captain…recipient of the team’s L. Wait Rising Defensive Lineman of the Year Award…registered four tackles, two and half tackles for loss and two sacks in a victory over rival Washington State…member of a defense that held six opponents to less than 65 yards rushing. 2010: Selected All-Pac 10 Conference honorable mention by the conference’s coaches as the full-time starter at left defensive tackle…recorded a career-high 39 tackles (21 solo) with 1.5 sacks (13 yards) and five tackles for loss (19 yards)…registered one pass deflection and a fumble recovery…named the team’s L. Wait Rising Defensive Lineman of the Year...logged a season-high seven tackles at Oregon, then matched that the following week against UCLA, when he also had one sack…part of a defense that held Nebraska to seven points in the Huskies’ 19-7 victory in the Holiday Bowl…he recorded a 10-yard sack and returned a fumble 14 yards against the Cornhuskers…marked Washington’s first bowl win since 2001. 2009: Started all but the Washington State game, appearing in 11 contests…was in on 19 tackles (12 solo), coming up with 2.5 sacks and 4.5 tackles for loss (19 yards)...recorded a season-high five tackles, including one for a loss, at Arizona State...had an eight-yard sack in the season-opener vs. LSU. 2008: Played in all 12 games as a true freshman, starting the final five contests…recorded 21 tackles (nine solo)...was one of 12 true freshman to play, and one of nine to start at least one game…registered a season-high six tackles vs. UCLA.

PERSONAL: Attended Rainier Beach High School (Seattle, Wash.)…competed in basketball, football and track…rated the state of Washington’s third overall prospect and the nation’s seventh offensive guard by Scout.comRivals.com regarded him as the state’s fourth recruit and the 15th guard in the prep ranks…named a Parade All-American…as a sophomore, named the Metro League Sound Division Lineman of the Year and first-team all-league on both the offensive and defensive lines, helping the Vikings earn a berth in the state playoffs…in 2006, the junior received All-State Class 3A first-team accolades on offense and honorable mention on defense, where he posted eight sacks…placed third in the shot put at the state finals and was the Metro League champion in that event…as a senior, the two-time All-State selection added Parade All-America recognition and was honored as the Metro League's Sound Division Player of the Year and Lineman of the Year, an award he won three times during his prep career…in 2007, recorded 58 tackles with 10 sacks and would conclude his career by playing in the Offense-Defense All-America Game in the Orange Bowl in Miami…name is pronounced (al-uh-MEE-duh tah-AH-moo).
