PERSONAL: Attended Lapeer East High School (Lapeer, Mich.)…played in the 2007 Michigan High School Football Coaches Association all-star game…earned second-team All-Flint Metro League honors and earned AP Class A all-state honors…served as a team captain in both football and basketball…is the son of John and Denise Long…brother, Jake, was a four-year letterman at Michigan, a two-time Big Ten Offensive Lineman of the Year and the number one overall selection of the 2008 NFL Draft by the Miami Dolphins…Full name: Joseph R.
